After studying carefully the application form and Brochure, the filled up form is to be submitted along with application deposit amount by RTGS/ Net Banking/DD/Pay Order in account of Estate Manager, Gujarat Housing Board at Vadodara / Surat, whichever applicable in Kotak Mahindra Bank during bankinghours on bank working days.

If applicant has given wrong information or has not revealed any facts, then his application shall automatically stand fortfeited and he shall have no right for allotment in the scheme and Board will take legal action against applicant.
