    have been properly trained on DIGI Scale or indicator.

    Precaution

    Usually this scale need to be warm up for 3~5 minutes, then begins to weight.

    In order to prevent the load cell damage, please do not keep overweight in a long time.

    Please charge the battery after using everyday. If it is not used for long time, please

    charge it before using

    Please store this scale in dry and clear environment if it would be not used for a long

    term. Please note the hook should not be forced

    Please check the bolts and screws frequently and ensure them in a good condition

    The rechargeable battery is not guaranteed for repair and return.

    Tare key: set the tare weight; escape from parameter setting mode.

    The parameter setting change; B+D enter the setting mode.

    Move the flashing digit of the parameter codes.

    Confirm and go to next parameter number, B+D enter parameter settingmode.

    2. Setup & Maintenance

    2.1. Operation o f Contro ller

    2.1.1. Wireless Remote ControllerThere are 4 keys on this controller:

    2.1.2. Wiring Controller (Optional) Remove the Metal Platter Cap. XXXX kg. Connect the 15 pin connector of controller to scale. Keys are same as Remote Controller. Please assemble the metal platter Cap. XXXX kg back to scale after finished following

    adjustment.

    2.2. Setup Procedure

    a) Please hang the scale upb) Turn on the power (Please ensure the battery is charged and the power switch is located on

    rear cover)c) Set the parameters according to the contents of 2.3. Parameter Setting Method and 2.4.

    Parameter Setting List.d) Calibrate the scale (Refer to 2.5. Calibration)

    2.3. Parameter Setting Method

    2.5. CalibrationNote: The display resolution is auto calculated according to the setting Weight Display Increment in P01,

    Decimal Point Position f or Weight Display i n P05 and Capacity Weight in P07.

    For example, you set P01=2, P05=1 and P07=700.0, so when you perform the calibration, it will auto

    calculated display resolution = 1/3,500

    Please note this display resolution should within 1/1,000 ~ 1/10,000, otherwise you will failure for

    calibration.

    a) Please set above parameters properly

    b) Press A key to set display zero

    c) 1 st point calibration:

    Hang up the weight as the value set in P09 Press D key after display stable, display will show FunC Press A + B keys together, display will show bd1 Wait for a while, display will back to weighing mode and show the weight on scale.

    d) 2nd point c alibration:

    Hang up the weight as the value set in P10 Press D key after display stable, display will show FunC Press A + C keys together, display will show bd2 Wait for a while, display will back to weighing mode and show the weight on scale.

    e) 3 rd point calibration:

    Hang up the weight as the value set in P10 Press D key after display stable, display will show FunC Press A + D keys together, display will show bd3 Wait for a while, display will back to weighing mode and show the weight on scale.

    f) If the displayed value does not match the weight on scale, please repeat above procedures.

    g) Set the parameter setting P06 = 0 after finished above steps.

    h) Finish calibration

    Note: If the AdErr displayed during calibration, it means Load Cell connection wrong or A/D converter

    damaged.

    2.6. Maintenance

    Note: Electronic crane scale is a accuracy measuring unit. And the power comes from

    rechargeable battery, so the daily maintenance is necessary.

    When the scale is turned on. Usually it need to be warm up for 3~5 minutes, then begins toweight.

    In order to prevent the load cell damage, please do not keep it overweight in a long time. Please charge the battery after using everyday. If it is not used for long time, please charge

    it before using. Please store this scale in dry and clear environment if it would be not used for a long term.

    Please note the hook should not be forced. Please check the bolts and screws frequently and ensure them in a good condition. The rechargeable battery is not guaranteed for repair and return. Please keep maintain as

    normal rechargeable batteries, and use it in daylight and recharge when not used.

    2.6.1. Gravity Adjustment (Fine adjustment)

    a) Press D key, and display shows FunC b) Press C + B keys together, and display 1.0000 c) Press C to increase or press B to decrease the value according to local Gravity data.

    (Maximum adjustment range +/- 0.0050)d) Press D key to escape and return to weighing mode.

    2.6.2. Battery Charging

    a) Turn off the switch on the rear cover.b) Insert the plug to battery charger into the socket of 220v~.c) Then connect the battery chargers power.d) The charging lamp on rear cover will be light on.e) Please keep charging about 10 hours.

    Note: All following operation should be Wireless Remote Controller supported except thePower On/Off.

    3.1. Power On

    4. Display Message & Trouble Shoot ing

    4.1. Display Message

    No. Display Message Explanation Remarks

    01 Weight loaded is over Weight display masksetting value

    02 2 times [Tare] key continuously pressed with 1second, and performing auto tare function.

    03 -The hook upward forced, and display less then 0when scale is put on ground. It will back to normaldisplay once scale hung up.

    Please avoidsuch situationto prevent thedamage ofload cell.

    04 Battery voltage is lower than 5.5V, please chargeit soon.

    05 -- --Scale is under power saving mode, and it willreturn to normal display once weight changed.This function is depends on parameter setting.
