Ingredients

2 eggs

splash of milk

dash of breadcrumb

herbal cream cheesetomato

cucumber

Recipe serves one.

Whisk together the eggs, milk and breadcrumbs. I just add a bit of both by eye, the exact

measurements don’t really matter.

eat up some butter or oil in a pan, and cook the egg mixture until it makes a nice golden

omelette.

When the omelette is done, spread a scoop of herbal cream cheese onto one side. !ut a fe"

strips off your tomato and cucumber, and place them lightly off#center on your omelette. Roll

it up into a "rap, and enjoy$
