    IV.Lap trnh gia cong tien ren (Lathe Thread).Trong phan lap trnh tien ren khac vi lap trnh cac kieu gia cong khac lata khongcan tao hnh hoc trc . Do ota phai xac nh hnh dang ren mata muon gia cong

    bang cac thong soren tieu chuan.Toolpath Lathe Groove.

    1. Chon dung cucat:

    Trong bang chon dung cucat chon T0303 R0.144 THREAD RIGHT LARGE (Tien renngoai cln). Cl ick vao dung cuexem hnh dang dung cucat, trong Insert ta thay hnhdang manh hp kim ghep nh( Hnh 30). Chon manh hp kim hnh tam giac Metric 60 deg

    + OD (tien ren ngoai)

    - Finish pass allowance: Lng d cho bc tien tinh etao khe hcho moi lap ghep

    - Number of spring cuts: Solan dao chay vet lai makhong cat phoi, bc di chuyen naydung ekhsai lech do bien dang gia cong.
