    On the basis of the Article 106. Law on Planning and Construction (Official

    Gazette of Repbulic of Serbia N0. 47/03 and 34/06),

    The Minister for Infrastructure legislates the

    BYLAW ON CONTENTS AND WAY OF MAKING OF THE TECHNICALDOCUMENTATION FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURES

    I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

    1. Subject of Regulation

    Article 1.

    With this Bylaw the contents and the way of making of the technicaldocumentation for the construction of building structures is more closely prescribed.

    2. The Concept of Building Construction Structures

    Article 2.

    Building construction structures, within the meaning of this bylaw are ground

    floor structures or multi-storey structures with or without underground floors, such as:

    residential and business buildings, structures for public purposes (schools, day nurseries,hospitals, hotels, theaters, cinema theatres, garages, showrooms and sport halls and

    similar), stations for fuel supply of motor vehicles, as well as other similar structures

    (hereinafter: building construction structures).

    3. Types of Technical Documentation

    Article 3.

    The technical documentation for construction and reconstruction of building

    construction structures is made as a General Design, Preliminary Design, Detail Designand in the cases that are prescribed by the Law on Planning and Construction (Official

    Gazette of Republic of Serbia N0 47/03 and 34/06 hereinafter: Law) and contractor

    design and the design of executed structure.

    If, before the begining of construction of the building structure, preparatory worksare executed, then the design of preparatory works is also made.

    4. Parts of the Technical Documentation

    Article 4.The technical documentation for construction of building structures comprises

    from the following designs:

    1) Architectural Design;2)Construction Design;

    3) Installation Design (lectrical, mechanical, gas, water supply and sewerage).

    In addition to the designs from item 1. of this Article, depending from the type,

    use and the characteristics of the structures and the design assignment, the technicaldocumentation comprises from the following designs:

    1) Design of geodetic marking od the structure;

    2) Design of the ground floor regulation with the design of transport routes andcoordination plan;

    3) Monitoring Design;

    4) Elevator and Ecalator Design;5) Project Analysis, namely Design for Fire Protection;

    6) Project Analysis for the Protection of Nearby Structures;

    7) Project Analysis of Geomechanical Exploratory Works;

    8) Enclosure on Safety and Health at Work.

    II. ONTENTS AND THE WAY OF MAKING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

    1. ontents of the Technical Documentation

    Article 5.he technical documentation contains:

    1) General Documentation;

    2) Design Assignment;3) Layouts for the making of the technical documentation;

    4) Textual Documentation;

    5) Numerical documentation;

    6) Graphic documentation.The technical documentation, in addition to the contents that is prescribed by

    Law, depending from type, use, characteristics of the structure and the designassignment, also contains the accompanying analyses and studies.

    The technical documentation must be completed according to the contents inaccordance with this bylaw and sealed with verification of sealed legal tape.

    1.1. General documentation

    Article 6.

    General documentation contains:

    1) Header page with the name and the location of the structure, name of design

    and the date of making, title (or name) and address of the investor that is constructing thestructure, name and address of the company namely another legal entity which made the

    technical documentation;2) Excerpt from the appropriate registry, for the company, namely another legal

    person or the company that made the technical documentation;

    3) Decision on determining of the main responsible design engineer for the whole

    structure and responsible designers of certain parts of the designs is registered in filingbook of the company namely the other legal person;

    4) Copy of the licence of the responsible design engineer;

    5) Excerpt from the urban plan, namely the act on urban conditions;

    6) Other necessary conditions that are listed in the excerpt from the urban plan,namely act on the urban conditions (conservatory conditions, conditions for the

    protection of the environment, fire protection, sanitary and other conditions);

    7) Signed and verified statements by the responsible design engineers on mutualharmonization of all parts of the design.

    1. 2. Design Assignment

    Article 7.

    Design assignment, as the starting base for the making of the designs, contains thefollowing:

    1) Goals and purpose of making of the design;

    2) Data on the conditions from the appropriate space plan and urbandocumentation;

    3) General data on the structure (location, use, architectural moulding,

    dimensions, number of floors, capacity, required materials and manner of processing,

    phasing of construction, connections to the surroundings and other);4) Data on the technical layouts for designing (exploratory works and other);

    5) Data on the requested level of installations and equipment;

    6) Data on the technological processes, dangers and hazards that stem from those

    processess;7) Specific requests (internal and external organization, thermal protection, noise

    protection);

    8) Deadline for the making of design;9) Signature, and the verification by the investor.

    1. 3. Layouts and Project Analyses for the Making of the Technical Documentation

    Article 8.

    The technical documentation contains the necessary geodetic and seismic layouts,

    geotechnical project analysis, as well as other layouts namely project analysis dependingfrom the type of structure and the design (hydrological, hydrometeorological and other).

    Article 9.

    Geotedic layouts are comprised from current cadastrial tache plan of thelocation and the cadastre of the lines, installations and underground structures, verified by

    the relevant authority for geodetic affairs.

    Article 10.Geotechnical Project Analysis consists from engineering-geological, hydrological,

    engineering-seismic, geophysic documentation, which is made on the basis of appropriate

    explorations and measurings, depending from the level of the technical documentation

    and the degree of the exploration of the terrain, and in everything according to the

    technical norms for founding of construction structures.

    Article 11.

    The seismic layouts consist from layouts that are necessary for the computation

    and the analysis of influences of the seismic forces on the building structures, ineverything according to the technical norms for the construction of building structures in

    seismic areas.

    1. 4. xtual Documentation

    Article 12.

    The textual documentation consists from the technical description and thetechnical conditions for designing and execution, signed and verified by the responsible

    design engineer.

    1. 5. Numeric Documentation

    Article 13.The numeric documentation contains the appropriate computations depending

    from the type of design, specification of materials, bill of quantities and cost estimate,

    signed and verified by the responsible design engineer.

    1.6. Graphic Documentation

    Article 14.The graphic documentation contains the appropriate graphic enclosures (site plan,

    layouts, characteristic cross-sections, features and other) depending from the type ofdesign.

    All graphic enclosures must be signed and verified by the responsible design

    engineer, with the names of the drawings, date of making, page numbers and scale.

    1.7. Accompanying Project Analyses and Studies

    Article 15.

    Project Analyses, enclosures and studies all contain textual, numeral and graphic

    additions depending from the type of structure.Project Analyses, enclosures and studies must be signed and verified by the

    person that is responsible.

    2. Preliminary Design

    Article 16.

    The following is defined by the Preliminary Design - location and the capacity of

    structure on the determined location, functionality from the viewpoint of technological

    and other requests, space moulding, selection of construction conception of the structuresand static and dynamic verification of the main elements of construction, selection of

    construction materials, installations and the possibility for placing of equipment, securing

    of unhindered movement of persons with special needs, measurements for preventing ordecreasing of negative influences to the environment, that the usability of nearby

    structures is not worsened, measures for fire protection in the sense of fire protection

    concept, estimated value of the structure, organizational elements of construction,maintenance and other.

    2.1. Preliminary Architectural Design

    Article 17.

    With the Preliminary Architectural Design which is harmonized with planning,

    namely urban documentation, the use, position, space moulding, appearance, selection of

    materials, capacity and the functionality of the structure are determined.The layouts for making of the preliminary architectural design are the geodetic

    laours.

    The textual documentation contains the technical description, computation of thegross and net surfaces of the structure per floors, total gross and net surface of the

    underground and the aboveground floors harmonized with the given urban parameters:

    index of pollution and index of occupancy.

    The numeric documentation contains the estimated value of the designed works.

    The graphic documentation contains:

    1) Site plan in the adequate ratio, with the position of the plot in regards to the

    nearby plots, with representation of the existing and planned structures with exteriormeasures and drawn in property and construction lines with marked access of the plot up

    to the public surface;

    2) Foundation layout, layout of type and of all atypical floors and the roof layout

    in the ratio 1:100 or 1:200;3) Characteristic longitudinal and cross-sections of the structure in the ratio 1:100

    or 1:200;

    4) Necessary appearance of the structure, details and similar.

    2.2. Preliminary Construction Design

    Article 18.

    The preliminary construction design is made for the needs of determining of the

    concept of the construction of the structure.The layouts for making of the preliminary construction design are the elements of

    the preliminary architectural design, geotechnical and seismic layouts;

    The textual documentation contains the technical description (general data on theconstruction of the structure, founding conditions, climate zone and seismic zone,

    description and selection of the construction, static system, selection of materials for the

    bearing structure and other).

    The numeric documentation contains the following:1) General computation of the concept solution for the structure, computation of

    the main bearing elements of the construction with dimensioning, manner of founding

    with the appropriate computation and dimensioning);2) Estimated value of the designed works.

    The graphic documentation contains all disposition drawings with the

    designations for the position of the main construction elements of the structure including

    the foundations.

    2.3. Preliminary Design of the Electrical Power Installations

    Article 19.

    The preliminary design of electrical power installations and telecommunicational

    systems, is made for the needs of determining of the concept of these installations, power

    needs and the way of connecting with the existing infrastructural network.The layouts for the making of the preliminary design of the electrical power

    installations are the elements from the preliminary architectural design;

    The textual documentation contains the technical report with the description ofthe designed installations and the explanation of the accepted solutions.

    The numeric documentation contains the following:

    1) Computation of simultaneous-maximal power loadings of the structure,determining of the dimensions of the supply lines, lighting computation, determining of

    the zone for lightning protection and other.

    2) Estimated value of the designed electrical installation works.

    The graphic documentation contains the block diagram of the main power supply

    and the power distribution, block diagram of the telecommunicationalinstallations, disposition and the allocation of equipment and other.

    2.4. Preliminary Design for the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Gas

    Installations

    Article 20.

    The preliminary design for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and gasinstallations is made in order to determine the concept of these installations, power needs

    and the way of connection to the existing infrastructural network.

    The layouts for the making of the preliminary design of these installations areelements from the preliminary architectural design.The textual documentation contains the technical description of the designed

    mechanical installations with the explanation of the accepted solutions, analysis and

    defining of the total demand.

    The numeric documentation contains the following:

    1) Approximate thermal, hydraulic and other computations considering the type of

    mechanical installations and in the goal of comprehending of the power needs of the

    structure and other;2) Estimated value of the designed works.

    The graphic documentation contains the following:

    1) Situation with drawn in connection onto the primary exterior network;2) Layouts with the disposition of equipment and the main installation routes;3) Connecting diagrams for the suggested equipment and other.

    2.5. Preliminary Design of the Water Supply and Sewerage Installations

    Article 21.

    The preliminary design of the water supply and sewerage installations is made fordetermining of the concept of these installations, needs and way of connecting to the

    existing infrastructural network.

    The layouts for the making of the preliminary design of these installations are the

    elements from the preliminary architectural design.The textual documentation contains the technical description of the water supply

    and sewerage installations with the explanation of the accepted solutions, data on the

    external water supply and sewerage installations, description of the terrain, usedmaterials.

    The numeric documentation contains the following:

    1) Approximate hydraulic and other computations considering the type of the

    water supply and sewerage installations, consumption estimate and other.2) Estimated value of the designed works.

    The graphic documentation contains the following:

    1) Distribution diagram with the places for verticals and the network for externaldistribution and other;

    2) Distribution of the sanitary equipment.

    2.6. Preliminary Elevator and Escalator Design

    Article 22.The textual documentation contains the technical description (technical data on

    the facility, description of construction, mechanical and electrical element parts of the

    facility).

    The numeric documentation contains the following:1) Computation of the mechanical part, entry data, computation of the vehicle

    capacities, power of the drive and safety paths;

    2) Approximate cost estimate of the elevator facility with the delivery andplacing.

    The graphic documentation contains the drawings of the mechanical part

    (situation of the structure, disposition of the elevator shaft and mechanical roomsin the structure with the drawn in booths and hanging system, layouts and cross

    sections).

    3. Necessary Types of Preliminary Designs

    Article 23.

    The preliminary design for construction, namely reconstruction and adding of

    residential and anciliary structures of the family household, whose total gross surface(with the reconstruction and the addition) does not exceed 400m2, contains:

    1) Design Assignment;2) Technical Description of Works;3) Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate;

    4) Site plan in the appropriate ratio, with the position of the plot in regards to the

    nearby plots, with the representation of the existing and planned structures with exteriormeasures and drawn in property and construction lines with the marked access of the plot

    up to the public surface;

    5) Layout of the foundation, layout of the type and all atypical floros and the rooflayout in the ratio 1:100 or 1;200;

    6) Characteristic longitudinal and cross-sections of the structure in the ratio 1:100

    or 1:200;

    7) Necessary appearance of the structure, details and similar.8) Proof for the construction bearing power and the stability of the structure;

    9) Installation block diagram with the computated capacities and drawn in places

    for connections onto the public infrastructure.

    Article 24.

    The preliminary design for the construction of building structures up to 3000m2gross surface, contains data from the article 17. of this bylaw.

    The contents of the preliminary design from item 1. of this Article does not relate

    to the preliminary design for the construction of structures from Article 23 of this bylaw.

    4. Design for Preparatory Works

    Article 25.The design for preparatory works is made if, before the construction of the

    structure, it is necessary to execute preparatory works, and at that:

    1) Sanitation of the terrain and securing of the nearby structures, placing of theinstallations that are necessary for the execution of works, puting fences around the site;

    2) Placing of the temporary installations for the needs of execution of works;

    3) Construction of temporary transport routes within the construction plot for thedelivery of materials and equipment, as well as space for housing of workers, storing of

    construction materials and equipment;4) Organization of the site, structures for housing people;5) Assembly of the equipment for internal horizontal and vertical transport on the

    site (cranes, conveying bands and similar).

    Article 26.The design from Article 25. of this bylaw contains the textual, numeric

    and graphic documentation.

    The textual documentation contains the following:

    1) Technical report with the description of the necessary preparatory works,

    description of method for the sanitation of the terrain, description for securing of thenearby structures, description of the connections onto the infrastructural structrures,

    specification of the chosen equipment for internal transport, organization of the site,

    access paths, fences and other;2) Potential type documentation for the crane, conveying belts;

    3) Technical conditions for the execution of preparatory works, applied

    regulations;4) Enclosure of the stipulated measures for protection at work.

    The numeric documentation contains the following:

    1) Computation of the installed and simultaneous electric power, computations of

    the connections onto the water supply network;2) Efficiency computation of the protective grounding;

    3) Specifications for the materials and equipment and approximate cost estimate.

    The graphic documentation contains the following:

    1) Site plan in the ratio 1:200, with the main structure drawn in, organization ofthe site (buildings, existing roads and transport routes, anciliary structures, plateau for

    placing of materials and equipment, crane paths);2) Site plan in the ratio 1:500 with drawn in connection lines onto the

    infrastructure of the construction site for electric power, telephone installations, water

    supply and sewerage;

    3) Potential type design for the transformer station and crane on the site.

    5. Detail Design

    Article 27.

    With the detail design, in accordance with the Law, the construction-technical,technological and exploatational characteristics of the structure with the equipment and

    the installations, technical-technological and organizational solutions for construction of

    the structure, investment value of the structure and the conditions for maintenance of thestructure are determined.

    Detail design consists from the detail architectural design, detail construction

    design, detail design of the electrical power installations, detail design of the mechanicalinstallations (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and gas installations), detail water

    supply and sewerage installations, detail fire protection design and detail elevator and

    escalator design.

    5.1. Detail Architectural Design

    Article 28.

    The layout for the making of the detail architectural design is the preliminary

    architectural design.

    The textual documentation of the detail architectural design contains the technicalreport (data on the technical characteristics, type and use of the structure, description of

    the location of the structure with recapitulation of the gross and net surfaces of the

    structure per floors, total gross and net surface of the underground and aboveground

    floors is harmonized with the given urban parameters: index of construction and index of

    occupancy; description of the accepted functional solution, description of all constructionand construction-masonry works, basic data on the construction of the structure, selection

    of materials, finishing processing of internal spaces and the facade, protection of the

    structure from water and moist, heat and accoustic protection (chimneys and ventilation,carpentry, metalwork, protection against intrusion and unwanted glances, equipment and

    other).

    The numeric documentation of the detail architectural design contains the

    following:1) Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate of all construction and construction-

    masonry works;

    2) Carpentry and metalwork diagrams and the specification for equipment that isnot included in other designs;

    3) Computation from the domain of structural physics (computation of thermal

    and accoustic protection).

    The graphic documentation of the detail architectural design contains thefollowing:

    1) Site plan in the ration 1:200, with showing of the position of the plot towards

    the sides of the world, the position of public transport surfaces, showing of theexisting and planned structures with external measures, drawn in property and

    construction lines).2) Coordination plan connections of the installation lines;

    3) Display of arrangement of free spaces;4) Foundation layout, layouts of all floors, with the data on use of the rooms and

    the necessary dimensions and the roof layout with marked indentations of roof planes.

    The drawings are in the ratio 1:50 or 1:100 with showing of the surfaces in accordance

    with the current standards (altitude levels, levels of underground waters, marked cross-sections, details, drawn in property and construction lines, tables of the gross and net

    surfaces, legend for materials, as well as designations of construction elements

    determined in the computations of structural physics and other).5) Characteristic longitudinal and cross-sections through the structure in the ratio

    1:50 or 1:100; (mark the cross-sections, give relative and absolute levels of the existing

    and the newly designed terrain, level of underground water, terrain layers, as well asdesignations with the description of the positions, elements, legend for materials, mark

    characteristic details, draw in the property and construction line and other).

    6) The necessary appearances of structure in the ratio 1:50 or 1:100 withdesignated materialization of construction elements;

    7) Architectural details of all important positions.

    5.2. Detail Construction Design

    Article 29.

    The layouts for the making of the detail construction design are the elements ofthe detail architectural design, geotechnical and seismic layout and geomechanical

    project analysis.

    he textual documentation of the detail construction design contains the

    following:

    1) The technical report contains general data on the construction of structures,data on the location, founding conditions, improving of soil characteristics, replacement

    of materials, making of retention walls, piles, protection of the foundation pit, data on the

    climate zone and the seismic zone, description and selection of construction and staticsystem, selection of materials for the bearing structure);

    2) Technical conditions for designing and execution (review of the technical

    regulations and standards according to which the structure is designed and according towhich the works will be executed, detailed description of certain elements and works,

    quality conditions for the applied materials and manner of work, methodology and scope

    of control, detailed description of the technological process of construction, protection of

    construction elements and other).

    The numeric documentation of the detail construction design contains the

    following:

    1) Construction computation (computation for all bearing structural elements of

    the construction of the structure with which the bearing power, stability, computation ofstipulated settlements according to the geomechanical project analysis and deformities

    are checked). Computation of the structure contains the diagram of the computation

    model with the precisely defined positions and boundary conditions, loading diagram,computation of static and dynamic influences, dimensioning, proof of stability,

    computation of deformities and connections, and in everything in accordance to the

    technical norms;2) Specification of materials (reinforcing, steel and other).

    Graphic documentation of the detail construction design contains the following:

    1) Layout drawings with markings of all construction elements of the structure

    and foundations which contain the necessary layouts, cross-sections and appearances

    with the entered designations of positions from the structural computation;2) Drawings for formwork plans for the concrete structure, reinforcing plans and

    the necessary reinforcing details;3) Drawings of the structural solution of the steel construction and the necessary

    construction details;

    4) Plans and layouts for cables for the previous stressing.

    5.3. Detail Design for Electric Power Installations

    Article 30.The layouts for making of the detail design for electric power installations are the

    elements of the main architectural design, preliminary design of electric power

    installations, technical conditions for the connection onto the infrastructure issued by theauthorized organization.

    The textual documentation of the detail design for electric power installation

    contains the technical report (description of the designed installations and facilities of

    electric power installations, lightning arrester installations, grounding installations, signaland telecommunicational systems with the technical explanation of the accepted

    solutions, materials and equipment, technical conditions for execution, applied

    regulations, standards and other).

    The numeric documentation of the detail design for electric power installationscontains the following:

    1) Computation of the installed and simultaneous power, computation 10KV and

    1KV lines, potential computation of the transformer station, computation of the externaland internal lighting, installation of thermal consumers and electromotor drive,

    computation of efficiency of the protective earthing and lighting arrestor protection,

    computation of the installations for signal and telecommunicational systems and other).2) Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate of equipment, materials and works.

    The graphic documentation of the detail design for electric power installations

    contains the following:

    1) Site plan in the ratio 1:500 with drawn in connection lines onto theinfrastructure;

    2) Block diagrams of the main distribution of the internal electric power, signal

    and telecommunicational installations;

    3) Drawings of the main distribution per floors;4) Drawings of internal lighting installations, installations for thermal consumers,

    electromotor drive, installations for signal and telecommunicational systems;5) Drawings for earthing and lighting protection shown on all facades and the roof

    layout;

    6) Single line diagrams and action diagrams of all distribution boards;

    7) Drawings of potential transformer station and external lighting.

    5.4. Detail Design for Mechanical Installations (Heating, Ventilation, Air-

    Conditioning and Gas Installations)

    Article 31.

    Layouts for the making of detail design for heating, ventilation, air-conditioningand gas installations are elements of the detail architectural design, preliminary

    installation design, technical conditions for connecting onto the infrastructure issued by

    the authorized organization.The textual documentation of the detail design for mechanical installations

    contains the following:

    1) Technical and other data for connecting onto the infrastructure issued by the

    authorized organization, review of technical regulations and standards according to whichthe structure was designed and according to which the works will be executed, detail

    description of execution of certain elements and works, quality conditions for applied

    materials and method of work, methodology of testing and control scope;2)Technical report contains the analysis and defining of the total consumption,

    description of the designed equipment and installations with the explanation of the

    accepted solutions;

    The numeric documentation of the detail design for mechanical installationscontains the following:

    1) Detail computations, dimensioning and selection of equipment;

    2) Bill of Quantitites and Cost Estimate;

    The graphic documentation of the detail design for mechanical installations

    contains the following:

    1) Situation of the structure with the defined connections;2) Layout drawings of equipment and installations;

    3) Necessary layouts, cross-sections, axionometry diagrams, details and other.

    5.5. Detail Design of the Water Supply and Sewerage Installations

    Article 32.

    The layouts for the making of the detail design for the water supply and swerageinstallations are the elements of the detail architectural design, preliminary water supply

    and sewerage design, technical conditions for the connection onto the infrastructure

    issued by the authorized organization.The textual documentation of the detail design for the water supply and sewerage

    installations contains:

    1) Technical and other data for connecting onto the infrastructure issued by the

    authorized organization namely authorized company;2) Technical report (description of the designed hydrotechnical installations with

    the explanation of the accepted solutions, manner of installation operation, data on the

    external water supply and sewerage installations, applied technical regulations andstandards, description of the terrain, applied materials).

    The numeric documentation of the detail design for the water supply and sewerage

    installations contains:1) Computation (contains detail hydraulic and other computations considering the

    type of hydrotechnical installations, volume of consumption and other);

    2) Bill of Quantitites and Cost Estimate.

    The graphic documentation of the detail design for the water supply and sewerage

    installations contains:1) Situation (ratio no less than 1:500) with the position of the utility water supply

    and sewerage network with the diameter, available pressure, places of street inspectioneyes and the diameter and slope of the canal and the appropriate connections;

    2) Distribution diagram with the places of the verticals and the distribution

    network up to the sanitary devices, diameters, slopes and other;3) Drawings for the layouts of the structure (ration 1:100 or 1:50) concluding with

    the roof layout;

    4) Sewerage cross-sections, longitudinal profiles of the lower distribution of thesewerage network and isometric diagram of the water supply network;

    5) Details in the ratio 1:10 or 1:20.

    5.6. Detail Fire Protection Design

    Article 33.

    Detail fire protection design is made for the structures with public use (movietheaters, schools, hotels, stations for fuel supply of motor vehicles, sport halls, galleries,

    museums and similar) as well as for the residential and residential-business structures

    whose height is bigger than 22m, structure of the block type, manufacturing and

    storaging structures and electric power facilities of nominal voltage 110kV and higher.

    The textual documentation of the detail fire protection design contains the

    technical report (data on the location of the structure, classification of the structure inregards to the protection from fire, division of structures into fire sectors, defining of

    evacuation paths, selection of materials for structures which should be fire resistant,selection of materials for interior for which there are special requests in regards to fireresistance, estimate of fire danger which stems from the technological process and

    matters which are used or stored during those processess, description of installations for

    the automatic detection and fire alarm, detection of explosive and flammable gassess, aswell as description of stable and mobile installations and devices for fire extinguishing,

    evacuational paths for saving of people and property, selection of mobile equipment for

    fire extinguisment and other).

    The numeric documentation of the detail fire protection desgin contains thefollowing:

    1) Computations for fire loading of fire sectors in the structure, determining of

    danger zones from explosive mixture of gases, computations for installations forautomatic fire detection and fire alarm, hydraulic and other computations of stable

    installations for fire extinguishing, computations for quantities of devices for fire

    extinguishing, computations of capacities of evacuational paths in the structure and other;2) Bill of Quantitites and Cost Estimate.

    The graphic documentation of the detail fire protection design contains the

    following:

    1) Site plan with drawn in nearby structures and transport routes and access paths;2) Layouts of all levels and roof with fire sectors drawn in;

    3) Characteristic longitudinal and cross-sections with drawn in fire sectors;

    4) Disposition of the process technological equipment and equipment which

    belongs to the installations for automatic detection and fire alarm and stable installationsfor fire extinguishing;

    5) Final diagrams of the electrical power and mechanical installationsdistributions which belong to the systems for detection and fire alarm, detection of

    explosive gases, and systems for automatic fire extinguishing.

    5.7. Detail Elevator and Escalator Design

    Article 34.

    The layouts for making of the detail elevator and escalator design are the elements

    of the detail architectural design and the preliminary design for elevator and escalators.he textual documentation of the detail elevator and escalator design contains the

    following:

    1) Technical report ( technical data characteristics, technical description of moreimportant elements of construction, mechanical and electrical part of the facility,

    especially the safety devices, installations and measurements, description of the electrical

    power supply, description of work and management of the facility, description of thespecific action with the elevator, list of applied regulations and standards);

    2) Technical conditions for execution and assembly (contains general conditions

    obligations of the investor or the ordering party and measures and requests during

    execution and assembly of the facility).

    The numeric documentation of the detail elevator and escalator design contains

    the following:

    1) Computation of the mechanical part (contains the starting data, computation ofthe moving capacities and power of the drive, structural computation of forces in thebearing ropes, specific pressure in the grove of grooving and drive competence, loading

    on the guide rails, loadings on the wall and floor slabs of the pit of the moving shaft and

    potentially mechanical rooms for electrical elevators, computations of pressures andloadings in the hydraulic installation for hydraulic elevators, computation of the

    ventilation of the moviement shaft by the elevators, computaitons of pulling chain forces

    and forces on the supports by the ecalators, computation of the safety paths);2) Computation of the electric power part (contains starting data, computations of

    voltage drops, short circuit power, protection from indirect touch and the capacity of Acu

    battery);

    3) Equipment specification, materials and works with cost estimate.The graphic documentation of the detail elevator and escalator design contains the

    following:

    1) Drawings of the mechanical part (situation of the structure, layout of themovemene elevator namely escalator shaft in the structure, layout of the elevator facility

    in the movement shaft, namely escalators on the location of placement, with

    characteristic layouts, cross-sections and details, as well as with tables with elevatorcharacteristics) with notes for execution and assembly;

    2) Drawings of the electrical part (diagrams for electrical supply, management

    and safety signal circuits).

    6. Special Type of Detail Design

    Article 35.

    Detail design for the construction of building structures up to 400m2 gross surface

    contains the data from Article 23 of this bylaw.

    III. FINAL PROVISION

    Article 36.

    This Bylaw enters into force on the eight day from the day it is published in the

    Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia.
