Conducting cost feasibility analysis in coordination with Finance, procurement and Marketing team for new launches.

Scouting, Developing and Setting up the entire new setup for production which includes the machine Commissioning and Ramp up to meet the required production and quality Standards.

Coordinating with R & D, Quality and Engineering departments for Machine commissioning,technology transfer and Implementing quality management system.

Green field project setup, Mixer and line commissioning, warehouse layout planning. Ensure all Guidelines and SOPs are followed as per prescribe guidelines given by BDF Leading a team of 135 associates & 250 casuals to achieve target set by management. People – Recruitment, Training and development.
