INTRODUCTIONClassrooms have a larger influence over prospective students enrollment decisions than university-provided amenities such as dining and fitness facilities, according to a study commissioned by Steelcase Education Solutions.In Kolej Poly- Tech Mara Kuala Lumpur, there are no limitations for intake of new student whether for certification, diploma and degree level. Under these circumstances, the KPTMKL Management should have concern about classroom management nor for the profit. This is because when there are no limitations of new student, the classroom may not enough to be used. As we all know, KPTMKL only have one building whereas all management (academic and non- academic) in one building. Therefore, the number of classroom becomes small.KPTMKL Management also cannot provide the classroom with a good and satisfy condition. From the observation, the facilities of classroom are in bad condition including whiteboard, desk and chair. It looks like already being used than it limit. Besides that, some of the classroom does not have enough facilities such as chair and desk. As we know, the learning session can be done using slideshow. There have a classroom does not have projector. it show that, the infrastructures of classroom are too weak. The most important problem in classroom issue is the divisions of classroom for all students in KPTMKL. Because of insufficient classroom, it occur the unstructured of division for each level of education.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

The area of classroom is too small and it may occur the student does not learn in comfort condition. There is no admission control limits for each course. Enrollment students each semester too crowded and cause the area of classroom become narrower. KPTM KL does not have a proper classroom building prepared for different faculty.

LEARNING EFFECTThere have several impact on learning session when inadequate classroom and facilities. Student achievement decreaseA study of the District of Columbia school system found, after controlling for other variables such as a student's socioeconomic status, that students' standardized achievement scores were lower in schools with poor building conditions. Students in school buildings in poor condition had achievement that was 6% below schools in fair condition and 11% below schools in excellent condition. (Edwards, 1991) higher absenteeism, reduced levels of effort, lower effectiveness in the classroom, low morale, and reduced job satisfactionA study of working conditions in urban schools concluded that "physical conditions have direct positive and negative effects on teacher morale, sense of personal safety, feelings of effectiveness in the classroom, and on the general learning environment." Building renovations in one district led teachers to feel "a renewed sense of hope, of commitment, a belief that the district cared about what went on that building." In dilapidated buildings in another district, the atmosphere was punctuated more by despair and frustration, with teachers reporting that leaking roofs, burned out lights, and broken toilets were the typical backdrop for teaching and learning." (Corcoran et al., 1988) stressful working conditions for lecturerCorcoran et al. (1988) found that overcrowding and heavy teacher workloads created stressful working conditions for teachers and led to higher teacher absenteeism. Limited learning sessionCrowded classroom conditions not only make it difficult for students to concentrate on their lessons, but inevitably limit the amount of time teachers can spend on innovative teaching methods such as cooperative learning and group work or, indeed on teaching anything beyond the barest minimum of required material.SOLUTIONThere have several solutions for inadequate classroom and facilities. KPTMKL Management must increase number of classroom.All management (academic and non-academic) are moved to another building. Therefore, the existing building is only for learning session.

Limitation for students course to avoid too many students in a single class.KPTMKL Management has a database of student for each education level and course. Based on that information, the course given to the student must be equal in order to avoid many students in a single class or course.

Make higher eligibility requirement to enter the college in order to avoid congestion of students.Every new intake has been conducted; there have special division that will make filtering of new student that only meet the requirement to register in this college.

KPTM KL management should make a larger building to provide classes that will be provided for the faculty.Rent new building that is specific for each faculty learning session (classroom)

CONCLUSIONClassroom plays important roles in learning session. Without good infrastructure and sufficient classroom it will bring negative learning session. With points that have been stated above, KPTMKL Management should take an action to handle classroom issue to ensure the quality of learning increase and in order to make student achievement maintain or become higher.
