Long Shaft Slurry Pump MPG & TPG Available as 4”, 5” or 6” and with motors from 5.5 – 30 kW there is a Landia Long Shaft Pump for almost any slurry application. The MPG & TPG pump can pump slurry with a high concentration of solids – significantly more than the “average” slurry pump. The unique pump design with pump suction from the top and the special auger further improves the capability of pumping slurry containing lots of straw. We offer individual pump solutions with a choice of different options such as fixed- or adjustable mixing nozzles, two-way valves, transfer pipe and pump length up to 6 m.

“Cost Saving” Dry Pit Landia Slurry Pump installation

Compared to a large reception tank several advantages can be achieved by applying a dry installed MPTK Slurry Pump in a Dry Pit, such as the displayed PE-pit, connected to a Straight Flush (vacuum evacuation) pig slurry system.

• No slurry reception tank and hence reduced odour impact • Less space requirement – smaller footprint • One single pump can serve several slurry channels • Pump enhances vacuum effect of the “Straight Flush System” • PE-pit is water tight and is ideal for dry pump installation • PE-pit and pump comes as a complete package ready for installation

An alternative to the PE-pit is a concrete pit offering almost as ideal conditions for the Landia MPTK Slurry Pump.

Propeller mixer with trolley Type POD 2.2 - 11.0 kW Field of application: Mixing of slurry under slats or in covered slurry silos, to homogenize layers or sediments. The mixer is brought to the place where mixing is desired. One or more slats are lifted up and with a winch the mixer is lowered down into the slurry. The mixer can be lifted or lowered as well as turned horizontally, homogenizing the slurry easily and effectively in the different sections. Health and Safety instructions must be closely observed during operation of the mixer.
