Can cuLudt To chuc chinh quyen dia phucmg ngay 19 thdng 6 nam 2015; Can cuLudtBan hanh van ban qiiy phgm phdp ludt ngay 22 thdng 6 nam 2015; Can cu Ludt Bdo ve moi truang ngay 23 thdng 06 nam 2014;

Can cu Thong tu s6 02/2017/TT-BTC ngay 06 thdng 01 nam. 2017 cua Bo Tdi chinh hitomg ddn quan ly kinhphi su nghiep bdo ve moi truang;

Can cu Thong tu s6 20/2017/TT-BTNMT ngay 08 thdng 8 nam 2017 cua Bo Tdi nguyen va Moi tneang han hanh dinh muc kinh te - ky thudt hoat dong quan trdc moi truang;

Can cu Thong tu so 24/2017/TT-BTNMT ngay 01 thdng 9 nam 2017 cua Bo Tdi nguyen vd Moi truang quy dinh ky thudt quan trdc moi truang;

Can cu Thong tu sd 41/2014/TT-BTNMT ngay 24 thdng 7 nam 2014 cua Bo Tdi nguyen vd Moi truang quy dinh che do phu cdp trdch nhiem cong viec, phu cap luu dong vd phu cdp doc hgi, nguy hiem doi vai vien chuc quan trdc vien moi truang; dieu tra ca ban tdi nguyen nuac;

Can cu Thdng tu lien tich so 56/2015/TTLT-BTNMT-BNV ngdy 08/12/2015 cua Bd Tdi nguyen vd Mdi truang vd Bd Ndi vu quy dinh ve ma sd vd tieu chudn chuc danh nghe nghiep vien chuc chuyen ngdnh quan trdc, Tdi nguyen mdi truang;

Theo de nghi cua Gidm ddc Sd Tdi nguyen vd Mdi truang.

Q U Y E T DINH:

Dieu 1. Pham vi dieu chinh 1. Ban hanh kem theo Quyet dinh nay dcm gia quan trac va phan tich moi

trudng tren dia ban tinh Lai Chan.

2. Dan gia quan trac va phan tich moi truang tren dia ban tinh Lai Chau A

bao gom: - Dan gia boat dong quan trac moi truang khong Ichi xung quanh; - Don gia boat dong quan trac moi truang nuoc mat;

- Dan gia hoat dong quan trdc moi trudng dat; - Don gia hoat dong quan trdc moi trudng nude ngam; - Don gia hoat dong quan trdc mdi trudng nude thai; - Don gia hoat dong quan trdc mdi trudng tieng dn, do rung; - Don gia hoat ddng quan trdc chat lugng tram tich; - Don gia hoat ddng quan trdc chat thai; - Don gia hoat ddng quan trdc mdi trudng nude mua; - Don gia hoat ddng quan trdc mdi trudng cua tram quan trdc mdi trudng

nude mat tu ddng lien tuc;

Dieu 2. Doi tirgug ap duug 1. Quydt dinh nay dp dung doi vdi cac co quan, don vi su nghiep cdng lap,

cac td chuc va ca nhan cd lien quan thirc hien cac du an, nhiem vu hoat ddng quan trdc va phan tich mdi trudng tren dia ban tinh Lai Chau c6 su dung dung ngudn vdn ngan sach nha nude.

2. Khuyen khich cac to chuc, ca nhan thirc hien cac du an, nhiem vu hoat ddng quan trdc va phan tich mdi trudng tren dia ban tinh Lai Chau ngoai ngudn von ngan sach nha nude dp dung don gia ban hanh kem theo Quyet dinh nay.

Dieu 3. Hieu lye thi hauh va cac trudug hop phai dieu chiuh r /

1. Quyet dinh nay c6 hieu lire thi hanh ke tu ngay 15/4/2020 va thay the Quydt dinh sd 849/Qp-UBND ngay 21/7/2011 cua UBND tinh Lai Chau ve phe duyet don gia quan trdc phan tich mdi trudng tren dia ban tinh Lai Chau.

2. Don gia nay dugc tinh vdi muc luong co sd 1.490.000 ddng. Trudng hop c6 su thay ddi do Nha nude ban hanh chinh sach che do tien luong hoac gia ca vat

tu, vat lieu tren thi trudng bien ddng lam thay ddi don gia quan trdc va phan tich mdi trudng tdng hoac giam tren 20%, Sd Tai nguyen va Mdi trudng chu tri, phdi hop vdi Sd Tai chinh va cac don vi lien quan trinh UBND tinh xem xet dieu chinh.

Dieu 4. Chanh Vdn phdng Uy ban nhan dan tinh; Giam ddc cac Sd: Tai nguyen va Mdi trudng, Tai Chinh; Thu trudng cac sd, ban, nganh cap tinh, Chu tich Uy ban nhan dan cac huyen, thanh phd; cac td chuc, ca nhan cd lien quan chiu trach nhiem thi hanh Quyet dinh ndiy.l..£=^^ , . , -
