Las formas orgánicas se adaptan al lugar e integran la

gasolinera preexistente, que el PGOU ordena mantener.

El edificio lanza un volumen en vuelo que cobija la nueva

estación de servicio. La sinuosa envolvente, por su

desarrollo, permite disipar mejor el calor evitando el

sobrecalentamiento. Posee profundas terrazas en la

fachada norte por donde, a modo de patios horizontales,

se toma aire exterior atemperado por la inercia térmica

de la construcción. La fachada sur, más expuesta a los

rayos del sol, cuenta para protegerse con una doble piel

de módulos fotovoltaicos así como con un tapiz vegetal

de hoja caduca que evita la radiación en verano y la

perm ite en invierno. El edificio tiene Calificación "A" en

eficiencia energética.

The flexible skin prevents overheating by fostering deep entry of outside a1r and 1nternal heat dissipat1on. The south facade, more exposed to the sun·s rays, has a double skin that protects 1t from

heat, anda ground cover in summer s1ftmg radiation reaching the Interior of the offices, but 1n wmter, the selected deciduous plants allows light to enter.
