Accomplishments Implementation of first robotically automated manufacturing process for General

Motors Engine Plant (Flint) and Magna International, realizing improvements in productivity, first time quality and direct labour absorption. This process became the standard for operations within the facility.

Assumed responsibility for completion of failing Zeta-CVH Ford England project and succeeded in completion within time allotted and budget. Successfully completed first time run at rate requirements. Annual sales value of this project realized $8,500,000.00

Assumed responsibility for completion of failing General Motors 3.8 Litre rear engine cover project and succeeded in completion within all time and cost constraints. Successfully completed first time run at rate and GP12 quality requirements. Annual sales value of this project realized $17,200.000.00.

Developed waste management polymerization system with cooperation of chemical manufacturers to reduce effluent disposal costs by 80% per gallon of effluent within facility. This was an escalating savings as the throughput was proportional to productivity.
