An Acknowledgment Letter is when we acknowledge for

merchandise, money, contracts or anything that we receive also

this letter has to be polite because we are acknowledging and if we

are courtesy in the future we can obtain better relationships.

This letter has to be send promptly preferably as soon as the

document is received but no more than two or three days after

receipt.
