PROJECTS EXECUTED:

Project Title : ECM and WORK ORDERS

Software : Pro-E Wildfire 5.0& Creo, Wind-chillClient : TOROScope of work : Modeling, DraftingDescription :The scope of the project is to handle different Engineering Change Management (ECM's) released by the client. This includes modification of existing parts and updating the drawing, creation of 3D model and 2D associated drawing. Completed tasks were loaded into their Product Database Management (PDM) through VPN in Client's System. All these tasks are managed through a portal called WebTop. Data flow is handled through SyncEX and Share Point.

Final Quality checking and responsible for all the deliverables. Continuous Interaction on project related queries or issues with client. Daily updations on the status of the project with client and sending Weekly and monthly

timesheets. Creating of weekly time cards, status reports, monthly consolidated report, updations of error

track sheet and updations of quality related documents for progress review meetings. Handling critical tasks and guiding the team members. Taking Training sessions to new associates on the project standards.

Project Title : Astec Conversions and Stone Conversions

Coordinating the project activities as per project plan. Training the team members on Pro/E or Creo and Toro standards. Crating models and drawings, final QC for the drawings and delivery of the tasks. Interact with Engineers of the client end for quires and other clarification.

Project Title : Reverse Engineering of Motif of Mowers

Software : Creo, Wind-chillClient : HayterScope of work : Modeling, DraftingDescription :The scope of the project was to Develop 9 different variants of motif mowers from the given physical parts and owner’s Manuals as inputs. The variants vary by deck size, blade size, blade type, engine type and handle type.

Categories the components as per there complexity level so that we can send them to laser scanning, CMM & general measurement.

Parametric Modeling and Detailing of all the parts are done in Creo with the help of scan input data. We had done the modeling by taking cloud points, curves and scanning surfaces as reference, model was created in line with scan surface and scan curves. Advanced surface modeling techniques were used for this modeling.

Sub-assemblies and Main Assembly of the Machines are completed with the help of Owners Manuals and BOM.

Project Title : Cab Reverse Engineering

Studying the inputs, scope of work and estimating and planning deliveries for the project. Modeling and detailing of Assembly and Components from scanned data & physical parts as per

standards & specification. Upload all the parts, drawings & Assemblies to Wind-Chill.

Project Title : Data Migration (Wind-chill)

Software : Wind-chillClient : TOROScope of work : MigrationDescription :The scope of the project is to migrate the CAD data and word documents from PDM to PDMLink (Wind-chill) and Create WT.prt and move the data to the appropriate folder & state.

Check the status for Drawing and part/Assembly in Wind-chill as well as database. Migrate all versions of Drawing and part/Assembly from Toro PDM to Wind-chill using Extractor and

speed loader. Creating the WT.prt and moving the wind-chill CAD data to correct folder as per the WT.prts.

Project Title : Electric Power Division of sheet metal Enclosures

Software : Creo, Team Centre Visualization Client : Caterpillar Inc.Scope of work : Drafting, Description :The scope of the project was to create the Model and drawings as per the customer requirements.
