2 月 27 日上午,由汉诺威米兰展览

(上海)有限公司主办的 2014 年广州国

际旅游展览会(简称广州旅游展)在中

国进出口商品交易会展馆(琶洲展馆 C

区)盛大开幕。广州市副市长王东、广

东省旅游局局长杨荣森、广州市旅游局

局长朱力等领导、部分国家驻穗总领事

出席了开幕式。自 1993 年创办至今,广

州旅游展迈进了第 22 个年头,展出规模、

内容不断扩大,专业观众和特邀买家数

量稳步增长,已成为华南地区乃至亚太

地区最具影响力的国际性旅游展览盛会,

为海外众多旅游机构和旅游企业拓展中

国市场提供机遇,也为国内旅游同业开

拓国际市场搭建平台。

开幕式上,汉诺威米兰展览会(中国)

有限公司总经理符禹介绍了本届展会的

亮点和看点。本届广州旅游展共吸引来自

42 个国家和地区的 750 家展商,国际参

展比例突破 62%,展出面积 2.2 万平方

米,各项数据均创下新高 ;三大展馆和

主题展区带来包括“72小时过境免签

宣传区”、 “游艇展区”、“高尔夫体验区”

等全新项目。此次旅游展首次设立了“广

州智慧旅游展示区”,多款应用成果隆重

上线,成为本届展会的最大看点。

本届广州旅游展邀得超过 700 家境

外重量级买家莅临现场,他们多以世界

五百强企业和世界级旅行商为主。同期,

展会举办 15 场推介会,聚焦旅游行业最

关注的话题,洞察全球最优质的旅游资源。

attended the opening ceremony.

Since the establishment in 1993,

GITF has entered its 22nd year with

its size and content both expanded

and the number of professional

visitors and invited buyers increased.

Till now, it has become the most

influential international travel fair

in South China region or even

Asian-Pacific region. It has brought

massive opportunities for overseas

tourism agencies and industries to

expand their market share in China,

as well as providing advantages for

domestic tourism industry to develop

internationally.

James Fu, general manager of

Hannover Milano Fairs China Ltd.,

introduced the highlights of this

grand event during the opening

ceremony. According to him,“GITF

2014 attracts 750 exhibitors from 42

countries and regions with over 62%

exhibitors from outside China and an

exhibition area of more than 22,000

sqm. All of the figures reach a record

high.” In the three main halls and

theme exhibition areas are brand

new projects such as“72-hour

transit visa-free promotion area”,

“excursion boat display area”,

“golf experiencing area”. GITF

launches a separate display area

of Guangzhou smart travel for the

first time, in which many application

achievements and new products

will make their debut as the biggest

highlight of the fair.

There are over 700 high-profile

buyers with financial strength and

purchase demand attending the fair,

and most of them are the Fortune

500 companies and world-class

traveling agencies. Fifteen equally

remarkable seminars will be held

during the same period, during

which participants can have a good

knowledge of the development trend

of tourism in 2014 and the insight into

the finest tourism resources.

湖南郴州 林中之城,温泉之都

潜水胜地 惬意关岛

湖南郴州旅游推介会于旅游展首日

举行。“郴”字的含义为“林邑”,意为“林

中之城”,郴州则被誉为“粤港澳后花园”。

此次旅游展,郴州除了重点推荐它 29 万

亩的原始森林外,还特意提出草原、猎

场、生态城、古村落、白银坊、矿山公园、

千年古道等特色旅游景点。同时郴州还将

打造“中国温泉之城”, 除了已经开发成

熟的莽山温泉大酒店,新开发的北湖区

仙领温泉,也将成为湖南首个“高铁温泉”。

兹国际租车也一同参展。十条 Discover

America Road Trip 的线路都将会通过

Brand USA 美国国家旅游局的官网、微

信、微博等平台发布。

This year, Brand USA, the national

tourism administration of America,

joins GITF for the first time and is

ready to lead us to discover the US

from the “heart”. Brand USA will

People see Chenzhou as “the

backyard of Guangdong, Hong

Kong and Macao”. As for the fair,

Chenzhou is highly recommending

its 290,000 acre of virgin forest.

Besides, its grasslands, hunting

grounds, eco-city, ancient villages,

Bai Yin Fang, mine park, ancient path

are of Chenzhou characteristics.

Also, Chenzhou is going to develop

i t i n t o “ C h i n a ’ s c i t y o f h o t

spring”. Besides the developed

“high-speed rail spring” in Hunan.

2015 World Expo tour is Italy’s

focus of promotion in 2014. Expo

Milano 2015 will draw in over 20

million visitors from all over the world.

The exposition site, covering an area

of 1 million square meters, will offer a

unique and stimulating setting amidst

over 60 pavi l ions and thematic

areas dedicated to the cultural and

culinary traditions of the entire world,

and more generally to economic,

scientific and social issues related to

the production and consumption of

food. They will vigorously promote

Milan and the surrounding hinterland

towns. Turin, the capital of Piedmont

Torino, and Liguria's Cinque Terre

are all key recommendations of the

World Expo tour route.

the fair. Guam is the closest place

Q: What do you think the new changes wi l l be for Chinese people to play golf in recent years, and what’s the new trend for the future development of this market?

今年 8 月 1 日起,在广州白云机场

口正式实施 72 小时过境免签,至目前已

有 51 个国家公民可享受此政策 :即持有

去往第三国的机票和签证,途经广州白

云国际机场(中转前往第三国时),可申

请不持有中国签证在广东省内停留 72 小

时(从入境次日起算)。预计今年有 50

万人次可以享受广州 72 小时免签政策,

符合 72 小时免签政策的游客将大于北京

和上海。

发展的通行做法。72 小时过境免签政策

的实施,为白云机场打造国际航空枢纽、

广州建设国家中心城市创造了极为有利

的条件,且对于提升广东开放型经济水

平、建设全国扩大开放的重要国际门户,

都具有重要意义。该政策的实施对广州

的旅游业带来什么影响?各旅游业商家

借此契机又会推出什么样的推广策略?

本报采访了相关旅游业者,就此问题进

行探讨。

Citizens from 51 countries meet the

requirements to enjoy the benefit

brought by this policy up until now:

Those who are holding valid tickets

and VISAs towards a third country,

b y w a y o f G u a n g z h o u B a i y u n

International Airport are allowed to

stay within Guangdong province for

72 hours(counting from the day after

entering) without Chinese VISA. It

is estimated that 500,000 travelers

will be enjoying this policy this year,

outnumbered that of Beijing and

Shanghai.

Implementing looser policies is a

general practice across the world

to open wider and stimulate tourism

and economy. The implementation

of 72-hour Visa-free Transit has

contributed a lot in the construction

of international aviation hub for

Guangzhou Baiyun International

Airport and national central city

for Guangzhou. It is also essential

in Guangdong developing open

e c o n o m y a n d c o n s t r u c t i n g

international city under the deepened

opening policy. What has this policy

b ro ug h t to Gua n g zho u? Wha t

promoting strategies will tourism

enterprises adopt? We interviewed

related personages and discussed

on this issue.

Q:广州实行72小时过境免签,您认为

这一政策给广州及周边地区的旅游发展

带来哪些机遇?

A:72小时过境免签已推出一段时间,

目前享有此政策的国家已从原来的45个

增至51个, 相信这个政策在不久的将来

会变成面向全世界国家。72小时过境免

签的好处在它利于吸引更多高端商务旅

客短期访粤,不用签证都参加广州任何

会议和展览,进而促进商务旅游的繁荣

发展。其二有利于吸引外国游客利用此

政策在广州逗留,去体验这个城市的旅

游,有望推动我省过境游客数量和旅游

创汇实现较快增长,同时促进广东旅游

产业提高服务质量和国际化水平。目前

这个政策在知晓度上还需要提升,宣传

力度还需要加强。

Q:今年针对这一政策市旅游局有哪些推

广策略?

A:为使政策更好实施,我市旅游局制订

了三大工作措施。一是加快推进“72小

时过境免签”政策旅游硬件设施建设。

二是提升“72小时过境免签”政策旅游

服务水平,进一步丰富定制特色旅游产

品,优化旅游线路、旅游购物环境和提

高餐饮业服务水平等。三是做好“72小

时过境免签”政策的宣传推广工作。目

前,我们已策划出版了“72小时过境免

签”广州旅游宣传册,内容包括航班信

息、广州旅游线路产品及景区介绍,并

译成多种语言,同时还通过 广州旅游境

外推广中心、南航驻外办事处、国际航

班、旅行社境外合作伙伴、旅游展会、

港澳酒店、网站微博等多种途径进行立

体式宣传。另外,还针对过境外国游客的

特点,制订了羊城经典游、主题公园游等

一日、二日、三日高端短线游产品。

Q:72-hour Visa-free Transit has been implemented in Guangzhou. What kind of opportunities do you think it will bring to Guangzhou and places around?

A:It’s been a period of time since

72-hour Visa-free Transi t has

been implemented. The number of

countries enjoying this policy has

increased from 45 to 51. I believe

in the near future it would be open

to countr ies al l over the world.

The benefit of this policy is that it

attracts more high-end business

travelers to come to Guangzhou for

meetings and exhibitions without

VISA, so that business traveling

economy is boomed. Bes ides,

rapid growths of transit visitors and

tourism foreign exchange earnings

are expected. Furthermore, this

policy urges Guangdong tourism

industry to improve the quality and

level of internationalization of tourism

services. However at present, the

popularity of this policy is yet to be

lifted. Stronger promotion is needed.

Q:According to this policy, what s t ra teg ies have Guangzhou municipal tourism administration adopted?

A:Three measures were taken to

better implement this policy: first,

advance the construction of facilities

related to this policy; second, life

service level, diversity individualized

tourism products, optimize tour

routes, shopping environment and

catering service, etc; third, enhance

the promotion of 72-hour Visa-

free Transit. At present, we have

publicized tour brochures for 72-

hour Visa-free Transit visitors, which

include flight information, introduction

to Guangzhou tour routes and scenic

spots. The brochures are translated

into several languages and can be

accessed to in Guangzhou tourism

internat ional promotion center,

China Southern Airlines Overseas

agency, international flights, oversea

cooperators of tourism agencies,

travel fairs, hotels in Hong Kong and

Macau, websites, weibos. Beside,

we launched new high-end tourism

products such as Yangcheng classic

tour, theme parks tour, which last

for 1,2 or 3 days, fitting the need of

transit tourists.

A:虽然72小时的免签时间有限,但广

州塔作为广州的城市地标,必然成为过

境游客的首选。针对过境免签政策,广

州塔与南方航空合作,在其杂志投放广

告;与广之旅合作,在白云机场设点销

售,争取让更多游客能第一时间了解广

州塔。目前来看,推广效果不错,外国

游客的数量呈上升趋势。

Q:广州塔推出了哪些特殊措施和服务来

吸引外国游客?

A: 我们定期参加由市旅游局组织的大型

旅游展会,向国内国外的旅行社以及游

客推介广州塔的优质旅游资源。另外,

在广交会期间加大宣传力度,凡凭广交

会证件登塔可享有九折优惠,以此吸引

国际游客。在提升服务方面,我们会定

期进行员工培训,并且我们的员工都有

一定的英语基础。

Q: 广州塔今年推广的计划是什么?在展

会上怎样向中外展商及游客展现这个广

州名片?

A: 我们一直都以品牌销售为主,主要从

经济效益和社会效益两方面体现品牌核

心价值。社会效益方面,作为广州的城

市地标,与公益组织合作给予弱势群体

免费登塔的机会和为公益活动亮灯,在

大型的节假日设计不同的灯光效果。经

济效益方面,广州塔对重要节日、游客

生日以及弱势群体都会给予相应优惠。

在展会上,我们有独立展区,会摆放

各式宣传(纸质资料、光碟),并结合网

络资源进行宣传。在旅展现场,对现场

购票的游客给予一定的票价优惠。另外,

广州塔是市旅游局指定的第一批智慧旅

游单位,与香港科大合作研发的广州塔

导览 APP,将在展会宣布上线,旨在取

代传统的导览仪,给游客提供不一样的

游玩体验。

Q: GZ city has transited visa-free for 72 hours at last August,what do you think about he policy on driving the tourism development

of Canton Tower?

A: Although the time is limited, but

as a landmark in GZ, Canton Tower

must be the first choice of the transit

visitors. According to the policy, we

have cooperated with China southern

airlines in the magazine advertising;

and we have also cooperated with

Guang Zhi Lv by setting a point of

sales at Baiyun International Airport,

trying to make more visitors receive

the first hand information of the

Tower. So far, the promotion goes

well.

Q: What special measures and services have the Tower launched to attract the foreign tourists?

disadvantaged groups and take

part in the public welfare activities,

design special lighting pattern in the

important holiday. In the economic

benefits, the Tower has preferential

price for the vulnerable groups and

About the GITF, we will use our own

publicity materials together with

the network resources to promote

the Tower. Meanwhile, we will give

discount for the visitors on site. In

addition, as the first batch of the

wisdom of travel unit, Canton Tower

has worked with HKUST on the APP

program, which will be launched at

the grand opening of GITF. This APP

will replace the traditional instrument

and provide tourists a dif ferent

experience.

points out that the main direction of

the theme “smart travel”in guiding

importantly, the development and

integration of tourism resources and

products should be strengthened,

especial ly in “smart service”,

“smart management” and “smart

market ing”. Informationizat ion

should be guiding the transformation

of tourism into a modern service

industry and levels of service and

modern technological management

should be elevated in travel agencies,

scenic spots hotels and other tourism

enterprises.

根据国务院关于加快发展旅游业的

意见及我国旅游业“十二五”发展规划纲

要,我国将以信息化为主要途径,积极开

展旅游在线服务、网络营销、网络预订和

网上支付,构建旅游数据中心、呼叫中心,

全面提升旅游企业、景区和重点旅游城

市的旅游信息化服务水平,争取用 10 年

左右的时间,显著提高信息技术在旅游

业应用的广度和深度,形成一大批引领

作用强、示范意义突出的智慧旅游城市、

智慧旅游企业,在全国范围内初步实现

“智慧旅游”。

Q:往年旅展给您的感受如何?您对今年

的旅展抱有怎样的期望?

A: 这是我们第二次参加旅展。期望在整

个旅游,智慧旅游的发展过程中会有更

多好的新的应用来出现。

Q:是什么触动你们开发“微景”?

A:我们发现,随着大家出游习惯,尤

其是年轻群体采用新的技术手段,比如

手机,来管理自己的行程,来管理自己

的体验。微景希望成为大家游玩景点时

的一个首选,它能告诉游客,比如说你

到了广州,有哪几个景点最值得玩。我

们希望把移动互联网和旅游进行紧密结

合,给游客提供随时随地的、个性化、

智能化的服务,去打造一个全国的个性

化景区的平台。

Q:智能化、移动互联网管理,对旅游业

发展会有怎样的影响?

A:旅游是最需要互联网革命的,能有效

地管理整个行业。比如说节假日,避免

拥堵,更有效地进行人流导引。其实,

随着智慧旅游的发展,我们觉得会更整

个行业一个新的机会,向更加定制化的

服务来转型,给游客更加优质的服务。

Q:您对智慧旅游有怎样的解读?怎样才

能实现真正的智慧旅游?

A:通过移动互联网、云计算等信息手段

来实现,这是智慧旅游的基本定义。在

我看来,智慧旅游体现在三个方面——

对于游客,对于旅游服务提供商,对于

旅游产业管理者,使得整个行业可以升

级换代。

Q:“微景”现在带给用户最大的惊喜是

什么?有待进一步优化的地方?今年有

什么发展新计划?

A: 我们希望,比如说你订票用携程,

你订酒店用去哪儿,你到了景区,你用

微景,你只要在景区门口扫一扫,它就

可以给你提供景区周围的活动,景点。

微景主要是给游客动态、自然化的信

息。对游客来说,它是贴心的、个性化

的导游。微景从去年九月份正式上线,

还是一个新的服务。我们会持续拓展和

景区、旅游产业链的合作,为广大游客

提供更多更好的服务,也会景区提供真

正的智慧景区的服务。我们今年会从几

个方面进行新发展,第一,拓展和我们

合作的景区、旅行社;第二,在微景上

提供更多新的方式,比如说客户和景区

的运营,提供更优质的服务。

Q:您希望2014广州国际旅游展览会给

智慧旅游,或者“微景”带来什么?

A:我们会和旅展会发起移动互联网与旅

游的高峰论坛,更好交流传播智慧旅游

的理念,增加实践。在展会现场,我们

会有推广专区,而且还会举办智慧旅游

的高峰论坛宣传微景服务。

Q: What do you think of tourism exhibitions in the past few years? And what do you expect of from this year’s exhibition?

A: This is the second time I’ve been

here. I expect that there will be more

new and popular APPs along with the

development of “smart travel”.

Q: what motivated you to develop “We Travel”?

A: We found that along with the

changes of traveling habits, people,

especially young people, tend to

use new technology, such as their

phones, to manage their traveling

schedu le and exper ience. We

hope “We Travel” can be their

first choice when they travel. It tells

you what the most valuable places

to visit are when you arrive in a

city, like Guangzhou. We want to

combine mobile internet service and

tourism in order to let tourists enjoy

individualised intellectual service any

time at any place, making our service

the most popular across the country.

Q : W h a t d o y o u t h i n k intellectualization and mobile internet management can bring to tourism?

A: I believe tourism needs internet

revolution the most to effectively

manage the whole industry. For

example, to guide the stream in order

to avoid traffic jams in holidays. In

fact, we believe the development of

“smart travel” brings an opportunity

to this industry, which guides it in

transforming into a more customized

industry, offers tourists services of

higher quality.

Q: What’s your understanding of “smart traveling”? How to actualize it?

A: Through mobile internet and

cloud computing, which is the basic

definition of it. As for me, “smart

travel”has its influence on tourists,

tourism services providers and

tourism industry managers, which

can upgrade the whole industry.

Q: What do you th ink is the biggest surprise “We Travel” has brought to its users? And what can be improved? What’s your plan for this year?

A: Just like using “Xiecheng”when

booking tickets, using “Qunaer”

when booking hote ls, we hope

tourists can use “We Travel” when

they are at scenic spots. Because

they can scan to get information

a b o u t a c t i v i t i e s a r o u n d a n d

introduction to the scenic spot they

are right at. “We Travel” provides

tourists with dynamic, naturalized

information. To them, it is a close,

individualised guide. Only started

from November last year, “We

Travel” is still a new service. We will

continue to expand the range of co-

operation with tourism industry and

provide more and better services

for tourists, and also real “smart”

services for scenic spots. We plan

to develop in the next few aspects.

First, involve more travel agencies

and scenic spots; second, provide

new services on “We Travel” ,such

as services of higher quality for our

clients.

Q: What do you expect the 2014 Guangzhou International Tourism E x h i b i t i o n b r i n g t o “ s m a r t traveling” and “We Travel”?

A: We are going to hold a peak

conference wi th the exhib i t ion

on mobi le internet and tour ism

to promote communicat ion and

broadcast the concept of “smart

travel”, and increase physical

pract ice at the same t ime. We

will have a promotion area in the

exhibition hall, and we will hold the

peak conference and advertise for

“We Travel”.
