    Sikagard -619Penetrating 2-Component Epoxy Resin Sealer

    ProductDescription

    Sikagard -619 is a 2-component epoxy resin sealer of water-thin viscosity.Rollered, squeeged, or sprayed over cured concrete, Sikagard -619 impregnatesslabs to provide a surface with increased hardness and increased resistance tomoisture penetration.

    Uses Sikagard -619 can be applied to seal and protect:Warehouse and workshop floors, Concrete structures exposed to extreme weather conditions, etc.

    Advantages Easy to mix 1: 1 ratio between components. Low viscosity for deep penetration. Fast application. Deep penetration. Easier cleaning slabs, reduced dusting. Increased resistance to de-icing salts, mild chemicals. Resistance to gasoline, kerosene, alkalis, acids, organic & inorganic salts, and

    staining from spillage. Not a coating ... nothing to peel or flake off.Product DataColour Light amber.Packaging In units of

    Appl icati on Detai lsMixing Ratio 1: 1 parts by weight/volumeConsumption 0.10 - 0.25 kg/m 2, depending on porosity of substrate.Surface Preparation Slabs must be clean and dry. Slab must be free of oil and grease to permit deepest

    penetration. For best results, broom and/or vacuum surface thoroughly to removeall dust and debris.

    Appl icati onMixing Sikagard

    -619 is a 1: 1 product. Stir each component thoroughly. Combine equalparts comp. (A) and (B) in a clean pail and mix with spark-proof electric equipmentuntil blend is a uniform colour. Leave for 45 minutes before using.

    Appl ication For roller or squeeged application, spill mixed material over work area and spreadsmooth. Broom out puddles and low spot accumulations. Reseal area after surface

    has completely absorbed first application.For spray application, use garden-type spray equipment and adjust to a fine mist.

    Avoid puddling or surface film.Clean tools with Sika Colma-Cleaner.

    membranes of sensitive persons: If the material is accidentally splashed into theeyes, flush immediately with plenty of warm water and seek medical attentionwithout delay The use of a good-quality skin barrier cream is recommended beforestarting work, wear gloves and goggles when mixing the two-components andapplying: (Important when using spray equipment) Do not smoke, use onlyequipment incorporating explosion protection (double insulated spark freeequipment).When working indoors or confined spaces, it is essential to provide good ventilation,during application and drying.

    Toxicity Comp. A + B in their separate state are toxic:When mixed and fully cured, classed as Non-Toxic to relevant health and safetycodes.
