● Integrated to Social Sciences (Economics topic), the Year 6 Columba College students utilise the Year 13 freeze dried ice cream to learn about production, marketing and financial considerations.

● The Year 6 students enjoyed sampling it and writing an Outcome Development Evaluation (integrated to Technology) of the product, recounting the Moment in Time (Integrated to Written Language) they first tasted it. This could also integrate to the Scientific process of dehydration ie sublimation.

● Could primary teachers approach their local high schools for a similar task?
