Le groupe Millennium fondé en 2000, est un leader européen sur le marché des raccords pour tuyaux industriels. nous sommes fiers de vous présenter notre nouvelle gamme de raccords haute tenue pour flexibles Full-Flow.
Ces raccords sont conçus et fabriqué au royaume-uni et sont disponible dans nos trois entrepôts de preston en Angleterre, de Cologne en Allemagne et de Lyon en France.
Cette gamme de raccords est composé de raccords à dudgeonner (ieX), et de raccords à sertir (eCr), spécialement conçus pour répondre aux exigences des application de plateforme pétrolière offshore.
raccords à dudgeonner (iex): ce procéder consiste à fixer le raccord sur le tuyau par l’intérieur, celui-ci venant compresser une jupe extérieur qui assure le maintien du montage. Les avantages de cette méthode sont : la création d’un passage intégrale dans le tuyau sans aucune zone de rétention, ce qui a pour effet de réduire les zones de turbulences. L’excellent maintient permet au flexible de travailler avec de fortes pressions de services.
raccords à sertir (eCr): c’est la méthode la plus classique d’un sertissage radial à 360° d’une jupe par l’extérieur du tuyau, qui fixe le raccord grâce à une collerette d’accrochage.

das produktprogramm beinhaltet neben den standard pressarmaturen ( external Crimp eCr) auch Armaturen für die innenverpressung (internal expansion ieX) um alle Anforderungen aus industrie und offshore zu erfüllen
innenverpressung (iex): Bei diesem prozess der schlauchstutzen durch das durchziehen eines Werkzeugs erweitert und gegen die außenliegende presshülse gepresst. Hierdurch erhalten sie im schlauch einen vollen durchgang, keine reduzierung, wesentlich geringere turbulenzen erhöhen den durchfluss und deutlich höhere Betriebsdrücke, sind die wesentlichen Vorteile dieser Methode. Hohe prozessicherheit durch einfache Bedienung
außenverpressung (eCr): Bei dieser am weitesten verbreiteten pressmethode wird die presshülse von außen (360°) auf den schlauchstutzen verpresst. durch die Verzahnungen auf Hülse und stutzen wird eine sichere Verbindung zum schlauch hergestellt. die standardisierung dieser pressmethode garantiert auch hier eine hohe prozesssicherheit.

permanently attached Couplings for flexible flow-lines.
These Couplings, manufactured in the united Kingdom, are available from our warehouse
locations in preston – england, lyon – france and Cologne in germany.
The range consists of internal expansion (iex) and external Crimp (eCr) Couplings, engineered
to meet the demanding requirements of industrial and offshore/oilfield service.
internal expansion (iex): in this process, the hose stem is compressed into the hose wall
by drawing a hardened tool through the stem, and is secured by an external interlocking
ferrule. The advantages of internal expansion include: full flow bore: high end loads/pull-off
strengths: reduced turbulence: high working pressures: Tamper proof.
external Crimp (eCr): with this attachment method, the external ferrule is compressed
360° into the hose wall, which locks the ferrule securely into the stem retaining groove and
compresses the hose against the stem. benefits include: secure & Tamper proof connection:
high working pressures: suitable for Concrete placement applications with a hardened stem.

determine that the yield stress is sufficient to ensure that brittle
fracture/premature failure will not occur.
u Carbon steel stems are manufactured from Hot Finished seamless
tube. plain end stems are supplied – natural Finish, suitable
for welding by customer. Victaulic Groove stems are supplied
Hexavalent Chromium 6 Free electro-plated White/Clear.
u stainless steel stems are manufactured from grade AstM
316L/1.4404 seamless tube or Hollow Bored Bar and supplied –
natural Finish.
u As standard, all Couplings are supplied with material test reports in
accordance with en:10204 3.1.
