Khi ng h thng cp du nhin liu vo l ti sinh xc tc -Khi nhit ca xc tc t gi tr thchhp (ty thuc vo loi xc tc, du v cng ngh trong ln cn 5800C), khi ng u phn phi nhin liu vo l ti sinh. M van cp du nguyn liu (RF-306) v van cp hi 38 (RF-305),ccvannymmctngnglnltl70%v20%. Khi khi ng h thng ny nhit l ti sinh s tng ngay tc thi -Nng t t nhit ca xc tc ln gi tr thch hp (khong 6500C) bng cch iu chnh lu lng du nhin liu v khng kh -Khi nhit ca thit b ti sinh t 6500C, ngng cp hi nc ti thp chng ct chnh v cc ct sc cnh thp. 3.2.7. Tun hon xc tc Khi chnh lch p sut gia thit b phn ng v thit b ti sinhxc tc t 0,4Kg/cm2, tin hnh tng p sut ca thit b phn ng v thit b ti sinh xc tc ln gi tr thch hp. p sut l phn ng tng ln 2,0Kg/cm2, p sut thit b ti sinh xc tc l 2,6Kg/cm2. Tin hnh cc bc cng vic tip theo: -Duy tr lngxc tc trong thit b ti sinh mc 50% yu cunh t iu khin mc t ng (LI-308) v van cp xc tc b sung (RF-311). -Tng lng du nhin liu vo l ti sinh xc tc cn bng vi lng xc tc mi b sung; -Tng nhit ca l phn ng t t ln gi tr thch hp (khong 5200C). 3.2.8.
