Laporan Keberlanjutan ini, selanjutnya disebut “Laporan”, menyajikan data dan informasi mengenai kinerja keberlanjutan bersama PT Tripatra Engineers and Con-structors dan PT Tripatra Engineering.Untuk selanjutnya kedua perusahaan secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai “TRIPATRA” atau “Perusahaan” di dalam Laporan. Selain menampilkan data dan informasi yang bersifat historis, Laporan juga berisi forward-looking statement seperti proyeksi, target, asumsi, strategi, dan rencana ke depan, serta ekspektasi dan harapan.

TRIPATRA tentunya akan berupaya agar forward-looking statement tersebut dapat terpenuhi dan terwujud. TENTANG LAPORANABOUT THIS REPORT

Laporan keberlanjutan TRIPATRA tahun 2020 mengangkat tema Bertahan di Tengah Keti-dak-pastian. Tema ini menggambarkan

berbagai upaya dan strategi TRIPATRA untuk terus bertahan dan berkembang pada kondisi ekonomi dunia yang terguncang akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi yang terjadi memberi tekanan yang luar biasa sekaligus mendorong Perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan dan resilience Perusa-haan di tengah situasi global yang tidak pasti di tengah Pandemi.

Sejak 2017, TRIPATRA sudah melaporkan kinerja keberlan-jutan secara konsisten setiap tahun. Laporan Keberlanjutan terakhir yaitu untuk periode tahun 2019 telah dilaporkan pada bulan Agustus 2020. Sama seperti sebelumnya, laporan ini disusun berdasarkan siklus laporan tahunan dan mencakup periode pelaporan tanggal 1 Januari hingga 31 Desember 2020. [102-50] [102-51] [102-52]

TRIPATRA's 2020 Sustainability Report has the theme of Surviving Amidst Uncertainties. This theme describes TRIPATRA's various efforts

and strategies to continue to survive and thrive in the world economic conditions that have been shaken by the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic has set tremendous pressure on the Company along with the encouragement in order to improve the Company's resilience in the midst of an uncertain global situation during Pandemic.

Since 2017, TRIPATRA has consistently reported sustainability performance every year. The last Sustainability Report for the 2019 period was submitted in August 2020. As before, this report is compiled in accordance with the annual report cycle and covers the reporting period from January 1 to December 31, 2020. [102-50] [102-51] [102-52]

Selanjutnya, dalam Laporan ini, para pembaca akan mene-mukan perubahan dari laporan tahun sebelumnya, terutama dalam hal pembahasan topik material. Penentuan dan Batasan Isi LaporanPenentuan isi laporan mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip laporan keberlanjutan yang disarankan GRI Standards serta melibatkan tenaga ahli eksternal. Pertimbangan dalam menentukan isi Laporan antara lain yaitu sesuai dengan konteks keberlanjutan dan bersifat material serta penting di mata pemangku kepent-ingan. Perusahaan berusaha menyajikan isi laporan secara imbang, baik positif dan negatif, didukung oleh dokumen bukti yang cukup, serta ditampilkan dalam bentuk data kuantitatif dan informasi kualitatif yang jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Data dan informasi yang disajikan berasal dari batasan (boundary) isi laporan, yaitu mencakup berbagai proyek yang dikelola oleh TRIPATRA. Saat ini perusahaan tidak memiliki anak perusahaan, sehingga entitas yang dilaporkan dalam Laporan ini sama dengan entitas yang tercakup dalam Laporan Keuangan. [102-45] [102-48]

Selanjutnya, terdapat restatement dalam laporan ini, yaitu pada data kecelakaan kerja dan pelatihan karyawan karena metode dan cara pengungkapan pada laporan kali ini berbeda dengan tahun lalu.

Sama seperti tahun sebelumnya, laporan keberlanjutan tahun 2020 ini tidak diperiksa melalui external assurance. Arrangement and Limitation of the ReportThe content of the report refers to the sustainability report prin-ciples recommended by the GRI Standards and involves external experts. Certain considerations in determining the contents of the Report are in line with the sustainability context, material properties, and important based on stakeholders’ perspectives. The contents of the report are necessary to be well-balanced, between positive and negative reviews, supported by sufficient evidence documents, and presented in the form of quantitative data and qualitative information which are clear and compre-hensible. They shall also cover various projects managed by TRIPATRA. The Company does not have any subsidiaries, so the entities reported in this Report are the same as the entities included in the Financial Statements. [102-45] [102-48].

Furthermore, there are restatements in this Report, especially in presenting work accident and employee training, due to the different method and disclosure approach used in this Report compared to those of previous year's report.

Kebijakan Merespon Tantangan Keberlanjutan Ada banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menerapkan keberlanjutan selama tahun 2020, salah satunya adalah pandemi COVID-19. Kami merespon situasi ini dengan mengedepankan perlindungan pada karyawan dan mas-yarakat di sekitar area operasi perusahaan. Kami memberlaku-kan mekanisme bekerja dari rumah dan bekerja dari kantor secara bergiliran bagi seluruh karyawan di Kantor Pusat, yang benar-benar menjadi tantangan di dunia energi. Mekanisme bekerja di kantor maupun site dilakukan hanya untuk fung-si-fungsi kerja esensial, disertai protokol kesehatan ketat.

We have learned a lot throughout the year, and we fully understand that certain adjustments must continue to take place. This is in line with the theme “Maintaining Sustainability Amidst Uncertainties”, which is the basis for growing and transforming into an energy company in the future.

Policies in Response to Sustainability ChallengesThere were numerous challenges in implementing sustainability in 2020, one of which is the COVID-19 pandemic. We responded to this situation by prioritizing the protection of employees and the community around the Company's opera-tional areas. We implemented a mechanism of working from home and working from office in shifts for all employees at the Head Office, which was a real challenge in the energy world. The working mechanism in the office or site is conducted only for essential work functions, complemented by strict health protocols.

TRIPATRA menerapkan sistem pemantauan kesehatan ber-kala bagi setiap karyawan. TRIPATRA melakukan testing atau uji dengan rapid test, swab antigen dan PCR test, tracing atau lacak bila didapat karyawan yang terindikasi COVID-19 untuk mencegah penyebaran lebih luas, dan treatment atau terapi dengan isolasi pada pusat isolasi group perusahaan serta pengobatan. Seluruh site telah menyiapkan fasilitas isolasi mandiri maupun bekerja sama dengan layanan kesehatan setempat untuk memastikan pengendalian COVID-19 dilaku-kan secara maksimal sehingga meminimalisasi produktivitas dan jalannya proyek. Keselamatan karyawan, mengamankan kelangsungan usaha, dan mendukung ketahanan masyarakat di wilayah operasi menjadi prioritas Perusahaan.

Perusahaan membuat program-program untuk mempertah-ankan motivasi karyawan meskipun harus bekerja dari ru-mah. Penerapan Working From Home (WFH) berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ada hal-hal bersifat distraksi yang menggang-gu kinerja karyawan. Sementara untuk operasi dan produksi di lapangan dan unit pendukungnya, dijalankan dengan diser-tai penerapan protokol kesehatan secara ketat di semua lini dan pembatasan mobilitas. Penerapan protokol kesehatan mengacu ketentuan yang ditetapkan Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19, dan mencakup semua subkontraktor.

Sesuai protokol kesehatan, TRIPATRA menyediakan fasilitas untuk mendukung kegiatan COVID-19 screening test (rapid test, swab antigen atau PCR) terhadap karyawan yang mema-suki site. Bagi karyawan yang menunjukan hasil pemeriksaan reaktif atau positif, dilanjutkan dengan isolasi dan dilakukan-protokol 3T (Tracing, Testing dan Treatment). Bagi karyawan yang terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 dilakukan isolasi mandiri baik di rumah, fasilitas rumah sakit rujukan, ataupun fasilitas isolasi dalam site.

Sejak Maret 2020, Perusahaan membentuk gugus tugas pe-rusahaan untuk penanganan COVID-19, yang disebut “Emer-gency Response Team for COVID-19” atau ERT for COVID-19.Tim ini bertugas untuk melakukan pengendalian COVID-19 seperti skrining kesehatan bagi setiap karyawan secara rutin, menegakkan protokol kesehatan melalui materi-materi promosi kesehatan dan pencegahan COVID19 yang dikirim-kan ke seluruh karyawan, dan memastikan pertemuan tatap muka atau perjalanan bisnis dilakukan dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat pada sebelum, saat dan setelah dilakukan. Selain itu ERT for COVID-19 juga melaku-kan tindak lanjut atas setiap kejadian Karyawan terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dari mulai melakukan tracing contact, memonitor kondisi karyawan setiap hari, menjadwalkan PCR test saat

TRIPATRA has implemented a periodic health monitoring system for all employees. TRIPATRA has also conducted rapid tests, swab antigens and PCR tests, tracing randomly whether employees are indicated by COVID-19 in order to prevent wider spread, and treatment or therapy with isolation at the Company’s group isolation center and treatments. All sites have prepared self-isolation facilities as well as collaborated with local health services to ensure that COVID-19 control is predominantly conducted so as to minimize productivity and project progress. Ensuring employee safety, safeguarding business sustainability, and supporting community resilience in operational areas are the Company's priorities.

The company has created programs to maintain employee motivation even though they have to work from home. The Working From Home (WFH) implementation went well and there were no distractions that interfered with employee per-formance. Meanwhile, operations and production at the site and its supporting units were conducted with the implementa-tion of strict health protocols in all lines and mobility restrictions. The implementation of the health protocol refers to the provisions set by Indonesian Government through the Task Force for the Acceleration of COVID-19 Handling, including all subcontractors.

In accordance with the health protocols, TRIPATRA provides facilities to support COVID-19 screening test activ-ities (rapid test, swab antigen or PCR) for employees who entering the site. If an employee shows reactive or positive test results, he will need to do the isolation and carry out the 3T (Tracing, Testing and Treatment) protocol. For employees who are confirmed positive for COVID-19, self-isolation is carried out either at home, referral hospital facilities, or isolation facilities on site.

Since March 2020. the Company has formed a corporate task force named “Emergency Response Team for Covid-19” or ERT for COVID-19. ERT for COVID-19 is assigned to conduct routine COVID-19 control, such as routine health screening for all employees, enforcing health protocols through health promotion and COVID-19 prevention materials sent to all employees, and ensuring that face-to-face meetings or business trips are carried out with the implementation of strict health protocols prior to, during and after they take place. In addition, ERT for COVID-19 also conducts follow up actions on every incident of employees confirmed for COVID-19, starting from tracing contacts, monitoring employee condi-tions every day, scheduling PCR tests if necessary, to confirm

diperlukan sampai memastikan karyawan mendapatkan per-awatan dan isolasi yang memadai. Selain kepada karyawan, Perusahaan juga berkontribusi untuk membantu penanganan COVID-19 dan melindungi masyarakat.

Walau dihadapkan pada tantangan tak ringan, kami ber-keyakinan prospek usaha pada tahun-tahun mendatang akan lebih baik. Bergeraknya kembali ekonomi nasional dan global, mendorong peningkatan kebutuhan energi. SKALA ORGANISASITRIPATRA merupakan badan usaha yang didukung oleh 323 total jumlah karyawan tetap dan 533 total jumlah karyawan tidak tetap pada tahun 2020. Wilayah operasi TRIPATRA tahun 2020 tersebar di 5 wilayah dengan 3 proyek Engineering, Procurement, dan Construction (EPC).

Dari sisi keuangan, penerimaan total TRIPATRA mencapai US$ 299,4 juta di tahun 2020. Jumlah tersebut turun sebesar 35,2% dari tahun sebelumnya.

ORGANIZATIONAL SCALETRIPATRA is a business entity supported by the total of 322 permanent employees and 533 non-permanent employees in 2020. TRIPATRA's operational areas in 2020 are spread over 5 regions with 3 Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.

From a financial perspective, TRIPATRA's total revenue reached US$ 299.4 million in 2020. This amount decreased by 35.2% from the previous year.

Sumber Daya Manusia [102-8]

Sampai akhir 2020, total karyawan TRIPATRA sebanyak 856 orang, terdiri dari 172 orang perempuan dan 684 orang laki-laki. Jumlah ini berkurang 210 orang dibanding tahun sebelumnya, atau turun sekitar 19,6%. Penurunan tersebut secara umum dikarenakan kebutuhan tenaga kerja proyek yang berkurang.

Saat ini, dalam melakukan pekerjaan engineering dan con-struction, TRIPATRA bekerja sama dengan para kontraktor sebagai mitra TRIPATRA. Setiap karyawan mitra yang bekerja di wilayah operasi Perusahaan wajib mematuhi kode etik dan ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk dalam aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3).

Human Resource [102-8]

Until the end of 2020, TRIPATRA's total employees were 856 people, consisting of 172 female and 684 male employees. This number decreased by 210 people compared to the pre-vious year, or decreased by around 19.6%. The reduction was generally made due to reduced project manpower require-ments.

At present, in executing engineering and construction work, TRIPATRA collaborates with contractors as TRIPATRA part-ners. Every partner employee who works in the Company's operational areas is required to comply with the code of ethics and applicable regulations, which are included in the occupa-tional health and safety aspects (K3).

Pada praktiknya, TRIPATRA berupaya menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan individu yang bekerja maupun berafiliasi dengan Perusahaan. Salah satu yang mendasari hubungan TRIPATRA yaitu dengan menghargai hak asasi manusia, khususnya hak-hak dasar karyawan. TRIPATRA tidak men- tolerir adanya praktik kerja paksa dan pekerja anak di wilayah operasi perusahaan.

Salah satu aspek yang menjadi pemenuhan hak asasi ma-nusia oleh TRIPATRA yaitu dukungan terhadap kesempatan negosiasi terkait praktik ketenagakerjaan. TRIPATRA memi-liki Peraturan Perusahaan yang terakhir kali diperbarui dan disetujui bersama. [102-41]

RANTAI PASOK DAN PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI

Sebagai perusahaan yang melayani pekerjaan engineering dan construction, TRIPATRA didukung oleh rantai pasok yang dapat diandalkan dan berkualitas. Rantai pasok TRIPATRA terdiri dari:

1. EPCMManajemen rekayasa teknik, pengadaan dan konstruksi, atau “Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Manage-ment” (EPCM) adalah salah satu bentuk khusus dari kontrak keseluruhan proyek. Dalam EPCM, klien memilih kontraktor yang menyediakan “layanan manajemen” untuk seluruh proyek atas nama klien. Kontraktor EPCM mengoordinasikan seluruh pekerjaan desain, pengadaan, dan konstruksi, serta memastikan bahwa seluruh proyek diselesaikan sesuai kebutuhan dan tepat waktu. Kontraktor EPCM mungkin saja melakukan atau justru tidak melakukan pekerjaan lapangan.

2. EPCSebagai perusahaan terdepan berskala nasional, praktik dan standar dari layanan rekayasa teknik, pengadaan dan konstruksi, atau Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) TRIPATRA memiliki taraf kelas dunia. Hal ini memungkinkan bagi TRIPATRA untuk dapat me-menuhi tantangan proyek EPC Turnkey. Dengan komitmen dari tim manajemen dan didukung oleh tim ahli di bidang EPC, TRIPATRA dapat memenuhi permintaan klien untuk menerapkan solusi yang komprehensif dan implementatif. Dengan catatan very high safety di seluruh divisi, TRIPATRA menawarkan solusi terintegrasi dan memiliki keamanan yang tinggi untuk per-syaratan proyek.

In practice, TRIPATRA strives to establish good relationships with individuals who work for or are affiliated with the Company. One of the foundations of the TRIPATRA relation-ship is respect for human rights, especially the basic rights of employees. SUPPLY CHAIN AND ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFOR-MATION

As a company that serves engineering and construction work, TRIPATRA is supported by a reliable and quality supply chain. TRIPATRA supply chain consists of:

1. EPCMEngineering, procurement and construction management, or “Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management” (EPCM) is a special form of a whole project contract. In EPCM, the client selects a contractor who provides “management services” for the whole project on behalf of the client. The EPCM contractor coordinates all design, procurement and construction work, and ensures that all projects are completed as required and within time period. The EPCM contractor may or may not do the field work.

2. EPCAs a leading national-scale company, TRIPATRA provides world-class Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) practices and standards.This made it possible for TRIPATRA to meet the challenges of the Turnkey EPC project. KINERJA KEUANGAN

Pada tahun 2020, TRIPATRA mencatat penurunan pendapat-an sebesar 35,2% dari US$ 460 juta di tahun 2019 menjadi US$ 301 juta. Selain disebabkan sudah terlaksananya proyek Vopak di tahun 2019, berkurangnya pendapatan dari proyek BP Tangguh dan proyek Emily, beberapa proyek juga tertunda karena pandemi. [102-7; 201-1]

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

In 2020, TRIPATRA recorded a 35.2% decrease in revenue from US$ 460 million in 2019 to US$ 301 million. Apart from the fact that the Vopak Project had already been implemented in 2019, the reduced revenue from the BP Tangguh Project and the Emily Project, was also due to the delay of several new projects due to the pandemic. Struktur Tata Kelola

Struktur tata kelola TRIPATRA mengikuti kebijakan Indika Energy. Seluruh kinerja penerapan tata kelola yang baik (transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, kewajaran, dan kesetaraan dalam semua perencanaan, kebijakan, dan tindakan strategis perusahaan) dari TRIPATRA, disupervisi sepenuhnya oleh Komite Audit & Corporate Governance. Manajemen Risiko

Perusahaan memiliki manajemen risiko sebagai bagian dari prinsip pencegahan atas hal-hal yang memiliki potensi risiko dalam operasi dan bisnis Perusahaan, seperti yang tergam-bar di bawah ini.

Penerapan manajemen risiko Perusahaan terbagi atas 2 (dua) bagian besar, yaitu Enterprise Management Level yang dikembangkan melalui ERP yang melingkup secara keseluruhan atas manajemen risiko Perusahaan; dan Project Management Level yang diterapkan di level proyek, mencakup ESS, MMS dan CMS.

Terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 sepanjang tahun pelaporan berdampak negatif terhadap perekonomian, termasuk pada sektor engineering dan konstruksi. Hal ini menjadi perhatian pemegang saham dan investor, terutama terkait keberlangsungan Perusahaan setelah proyek-proyek yang ada berakhir.

Beberapa target yang diharapkan tercapai pada tahun 2020 bergeser akibat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini berdampak terhadap bergesernya rencana pendapatan, sehingga Perusahaan juga kehilangan potensi backlog yang signifikan.

Manajemen mengambil tindakan cepat tanggap pandemi Covid-19 dengan mem-bentuk gugus tugas Emergency Response Team for Covid-19 (ERT for Covid-19). Tim ini bertugas untuk mengelola kasus atau kejadian terkait Covid-19 di Perusahaan, mengelola pesan, serta memberikan rekomendasi dan pembuatan kebijakan yang dapat meminimalisasi penyebaran Covid-19.

TRIPATRA juga membentuk gugus tugas Business Continuity Team (BCT) untuk mengelola pengaturan bekerja di area operasional kantor pusat dan proyek. BCT bertugas mengkaji dan memberikan saran terkait pengaturan bekerja dari rumah (Work from Home-WFH) dan bekerja dari kantor (Work from Office-WFO) untuk memastikan operasional Perusahaan tetap berjalan namun dengan tetap memperhatikan dan mengutamakan penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 yang ketat.

Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi dampak pandemi terhadap kinerja operasio-nal perusahaan, antara lain terkait ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek, jumlah tenaga kerja dalam proyek, dan kepuasan klien.

Management has taken rapid action to respond Covid-19 pandemic by forming an Emergency Response Team for Covid-19 (ERT for Covid-19) task force. This team is responsible for managing cases or events related to Covid-19 in the Company, managing messages, and providing recommendations and policy making that can minimize the spread of Covid-19.

TRIPATRA has also created the management has formed a Business Continuity Team (BCT) task force to manage work schedules in the Head Office and project operation areas. The BCT is responsible for reviewing and providing suggestions related to Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO) schedules to ensure Company operations continue to run while considering and prioritizing the implemen-tation of strict Covid-19 health protocols.

The Company monitors and evaluates the pandemic impacts on the Company's operational performance, including project completion time, number of manpower in the project, and client satisfaction.

The Covid-19 pandemic throughout the reporting year has had negative impacts on the economy, including the engineering and construction sectors. This has been a great concern for shareholders and investors, especially regarding the sustainability of the Company after the completion of existing projects.

Several targets that were expected to be achieved in 2020 are shifted due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This has created an impact on shifting revenue plans, so that the Company also loses a significant potential backlog.

Keberadaan TRIPATRA secara langsung maupun tidak langsung diharapkan oleh pemangku kepentingan dapat membuka peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan yaitu memperhatikan aspek pengadaan dari pemasok lokal. Selain itu, praktik pengadaan juga material bagi TRIPATRA karena kualitas pekerjaan juga ditentukan oleh kapabilitas vendor.

TRIPATRA berkomitmen untuk mendukung program Pemerintah memperkuat perekonomian lokal dan nasional dengan mematuhi persyaratan Tingkat Kom-ponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN).

Sesuai aturan Pemerintah Indonesia, TRIPATRA mendukung upaya pengurangan ketergantungan terhadap produk-produk impor melalui penguatan komponen dalam negeri dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk masyarakat lokal di dalam setiap proyeknya.

Adapun upaya-upaya yang dilakukan Tripatra untuk terus mengoptimalisasi penggunaan komponen produksi dalam negeri yakni dengan menerapkan standar khusus dalam penyerapan TKDN di setiap proyek Tripatra, mendorong para vendor untuk berkomitmen pada aturan-aturan TKDN yang berlaku, mewajibkan setiap vendor untuk menyampaikan laporan pencapaian TKDN secara berkala, serta mewajibkan para calon vendor yang akan bekerja sama dengan TRIPATRA untuk menyampaikan komitmen TKDN pada saat proses tendering.

TRIPATRA mematuhi persyaratan minimal kandungan lokal seperti yang diregu-lasikan pemerintah maupun klien.

Proyek-proyek yang ditangani TRIPATRA rata-rata memiliki penyerapan TKDN mencapai 35%. Persentase ini terdiri dari dua komponen, yakni barang dan jasa.

TRIPATRA is committed to support government programs to strengthen the local and national economy by complying with the requirements for the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) that has been regulated by the Indonesian government.

TRIPATRA has supported various efforts, such as reducing dependence on imported products through strengthening domestic components and creating job opportuni-ties for local communities in Indonesia for each of its projects.

Efforts taken by TRIPATRA to continually optimize the use of domestically produced components are applying special standards in TKDN absorption in every project, encouraging vendors to commit to applicable TKDN rules, requiring each vendor to submit progress reports of TKDN on a regular basis, as well as requiring prospective vendors who will cooperate with TRIPATRA to submit TKDN commitments during the tendering process.

TRIPATRA complies with minimum local content requirements as regulated by the government and clients.

The projects handled by TRIPATRA have an average TKDN absorption of 35%. This percentage consists of two components, namely goods and services.

The existence of TRIPATRA is expected by stakeholders to open up economic opportunities for the community. One of the efforts taken by the Company is observing procurement aspects from local suppliers.In addition, the procurement practices is also materials for TRIPATRA since the work quality is also determined by the vendor capability.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan engineering dan konstruksi membutuhkan energi yang cukup besar. Pemanfaatan energi saat ini masih fokus pada penggunaan sumber energi fosil. Sebagai perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab sosial, tentu TRIPATRA memperhatikan hal tersebut dan berupaya melakukan pengelolaan energi.

Perusahaan berusaha melakukan pengelolaan energi sebaik mungkin dengan mempertimbangkan dampak terhadap lingkungan dan melakukan upaya-upa-ya penghematan energi secara maksimal. Program penghematan energi telah diterapkan di kantor pusat dan area proyek, melalui berbagai program, antara lain kampanye penghematan energi, penggunaan bahan bakar yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi alat. TRIPATRA juga melakukan perawatan peralatan sehingga dapat beroperasi dengan optimum dan mematikan lampu di waktu istirahat (Turn off Power Program).

Pemantauan dan pengukuran keberhasilan program dilakukan bersama-sama dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, di antaranya Departemen SHE dan Corporate Services atau Field Support.

Perusahaan memonitor kinerja pengelolaan energi melalui perekaman dan pen-gukuran penggunaan energi listrik dan bahan bakar, seperti solar dan bensin.

The company has tried to maintain energy efficiency by observing the impact on the environment and making optimal efforts to save the energy. Energy saving pro-grams have been implemented at the Head Office and project areas, through various programs, including energy saving campaigns, using fuel according to equipment specifications. TRIPATRA has also performed equipment maintenance so that it can operate optimally, and turned the lights off during breaks (Turn-off Power Program).

Monitoring and measuring the success of the program is collectively conducted by the Department of SHE and Corporate Services or Field Support.

The Company monitors energy management performance through recording and measures the use of electrical energy and fuels, such as diesel and gasoline.

The implementation of engineering and construction activities requires considerable energy. Energy utilization is still focusing on the use of fossil fuel resources. As a socially responsible company, TRIPATRA is surely aware of this and always strives to mantain the energy efficiency.

Perusahaan telah menerapkan internasional standar untuk sistem manajemen lingkungan dan tersertifikasi ISO 14001:2015

TRIPATRA senantiasa memastikan bahwa pengelolaan limbah padat dilakukan semaksimal mungkin dengan memastikan penaatan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku. Perusahaan juga melakukan identifikasi timbulan limbah sejak sebelum kegiatan dimulai, dan menetapkan tata cara pengelolaannya dengan memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, serta memastikan penataan terhadap peraturan dan per-undangan yang berlaku. Pengelolaan hal tersebut di atas juga termasuk AMDAL dan izin-izin yang terkait. Untuk memastikan pengelolaan berjalan dengan baik, maka dilakukan pemantauan dan pengukuran berkala terhadap kriteria pengelo-laan limbah padat.

Perusahaan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala dengan memper-hatikan persyaratan-persyaratan yang tercantum dalam peraturan perundangan, AMDAL, perizinan yang berlaku serta ketentuan proyek.

Perusahaan memantau pengelolaan limbah padat guna memastikan kriteria terpenuhi dan dokumen pendukung pengelolaan limbah telah dilengkapi dan dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut sepanjang periode pelaporan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Perusahaan telah mengelola limbah padat sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, baik untuk limbah B3 ataupun limbah non-B3.

The company has implemented international standards for environmental manage-ment systems and has been certified ISO 14001: 2015.

Besides, TRIPATRA always ensures that effluent management, both liquid and solid waste are carried out to the maximum extent possible by ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Company also identifies waste generation prior to the activites and establishes procedures for its management by considering environ-mental aspects, as well as ensuring the compliance with prevailing legislations. The waste management includes AMDAL and related licenses. In order to ensure proper management, the Company has conducted periodic monitoring and measurement of solid waste management criteria, measurement of effluent quality and waste centre.

The Company monitors and evaluates the effluent quality on a regular basis by referring to the requirements stated in the prevailing legislations, AMDAL, applicable licenses and project provisions.

The Company also monitors the implementation of solid waste management in order to ensure that the criteria and supporting documents have been completed and implemented. The target for effluent management is ensuring that all measurement parameters of liquid waste have met the quality standards specified at each point of arrangement in each monitoring period. During the reporting period, this has been perfectly carried out.

The Company has also managed solid waste in accordance with the prevailing legis-lations, both for hazardous and non-hazardous waste..

The engineering and construction processes in the project area generate solid waste. Therefore, the Company needs to manage the waste according to the best standards in the industry as part of social responsibilities.

Pekerjaan engineering dan konstruksi memliki risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang perlu dikelola dengan baik. Jika terjadi insiden kecelakaan, hal terse-but dapat berisiko pada kinerja dan reputasi Perusahaan

Manajemen perusahaan berkomitmen menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang aman bagi semua karyawan maupun komunitas disekitar perusahaan dengan men-jalankan manajemen K3.

Untuk memastikan program K3 berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, maka sistem manajemen K3 dibuat dan sesuai dengan standar ISO 45001:2018 dan ISO 14001:2015, serta SMK3 PP 50 tahun 2012.

Sistem Manajemen K3 yang dijalankan mencakup: kebijakan K3, target K3, program K3 terkait promosi dan perlindungan K3, pemantauan kinerja, evaluasi dan lain-lain. Fokus utama program K3 meliputi aspek promosi dan pemeliharaan kapasitas kerja dan kesehatan karyawan, perbaikan lingkungan kerja, serta pengembangan budaya dan organisasi kerja untuk mendukung kesehatan dan ke-selamatan kerja. TRIPATRA juga melakukan promosi iklim sosial yang positif yang mendorong kelancaran operasi serta meningkatkan produktifitas organisasi.

Untuk memastikan penerapan dan fungsi Sistem Manajemen K3 yang efektif, TRIPATRA melakukan evaluasi kinerja guna memberikan umpan balik tentang kemajuan dan status saat ini dalam rangka memenuhi Kebijakan dan Tujuan SHE.

TRIPATRA menerapkan program pemantauan dan pengukuran kinerja yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pencapaian tujuan kinerja akhir, tetapi juga menilai efektivi-tas proses sistematis yang ada untuk mencapai tujuan kinerja dan berdasarkan pada Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPI) yang diidentifikasi yang ditetapkan dalam Sasaran dan Target K3.Sistem, proses, dan program pemantauan dan pengukuran harus ditetapkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian signifikansi dan persyaratan hukum dan kewajiban lainnya yang terkait. Tujuan keseluruhan dari pemantauan dan pelaporan adalah untuk mengukur dan menunjukkan kemajuan menuju tujuan dan target yang teridentifikasi dalam operasi yang sedang berlangsung. Pemantauan, pelaporan, dan evaluasi Kinerja K3L secara berkala merupakan bagian integral dari proses perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Pencapaian secara keseluruhan SHE Performance Objective tahun 2020 tercapai ketika tidak ada kasus Fatality maupun LTI, dan TRI Rate target (Actual : 0.05 / Target : < 0.14).

The Company management is committed to providing a safe work environment for all employees and the community around the Company by carrying out OHS management.

To ensure the OHS program runs effectively and efficiently, an OHS management system is created and in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, as well as SMK3 PP 50 in 2012.

The OHS Management System implemented includes: OHS policies, OHS targets, OHS programs related to promotion and protection of OHS, performance monitoring, evaluation and others.

Kapabilitas sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu elemen penting yang menunjang kinerja perusahaan serta memenangkan persaingan di industri. Oleh sebab itu, Perusahaan melihat bahwa sumber daya manusia perlu men-dapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan agar terus meningkat kapabilitasnya.

Pengembangan Karyawan dilakukan oleh Unit Kerja Organization & Talent Management (OTM) dengan mengelola program pengembangan Soft Skill untuk seluruh Karyawan dan technical/hard skills untuk Karyawan tertentu sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan Karyawan tersebut untuk menunjang kinerjanya berdasarkan Tripatra Competency Framework.

Unit kerja Organization & Talent Management (OTM) melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk memastikan setiap Karyawan mendapatkan dan melakukan program pengembangan atau training. Setiap aktivitas pengembangan keterampilan akan direkam pada sistem.

To ensure the effective implementation and function of the OHS Management Sys-tem, TRIPATRA has conducted a performance evaluation in order to provide feedback on its progress and current status in meeting its performance against the SHE Policy and Objectives.

TRIPATRA implements a performance monitoring and measurement program that not only focuses on achieving final performance goals, but also assesses the effectiveness of existing systematic processes to achieve performance goals and is based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) identified as set out in the OHS Goals and Targets.Monitoring and measurement systems, processes and programs should be established based on the results of the significance assessment and related legal requirements and other obligations. The overall objective of monitoring and reporting is to measure and demonstrate progress towards the goals and targets identified in ongoing operations. Monitoring, reporting, and evaluating HSE performance on a regular basis is an integral part of sustainable improvement process.

The overall achievement of the SHE Performance Objective in 2020 was achieved when there were no cases of Fatality or LTI, and the TRI Rate met the target (Actual : 0.05 / Target : < 0.14).

The Organization & Talent Management (OTM) work unit conducts monitoring and evaluation to ensure that every employee receives and conducts development or training programs. Every skill improvement activity will be recorded in the system.

The capability of human resources is one of the important elements that support the Company's performance and win the competition in the industry. Therefore, the Company sees that human resources need to receive education and training in order to continuously improve their capabilities.

GRI 306 LIMBAH

Limbah Padat yang Dihasilkan dan Dampaknya [306-1]

TRIPATRA memiliki timbulan limbah padat yang berasal dari kegiatan perkantoran dan konstruksi. Limbah padat tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai berikut: 1. Limbah perkantoran yang terdiri dari limbah domestik

(organik dan anorganik) dan limbah B3 dari penggunaan baterai, lampu neon, dan cartridge.

2. Limbah konstruksi terdiri dari limbah domestik, limbah bongkaran, limbah potongan pipa, limbah kayu dan serpi-han kayu, limbah scrap metal, limbah B3 (kemasan bekas B3, bahan kimia sisa, oli bekas dan majun terkontaminasi).

3. Limbah sisa hasil konsumsi yang terjadi pada hilir rantai nilai.

Timbulan limbah Non-B3 di wilayah kerja TRIPATRA terdiri dari limbah domestik (seperti makanan, plastik, kertas, kar-dus), kayu, construction waste, sludge, dan geotextile/jumbo bag.

Pengelolaan Dampak Limbah Padat yang Signifikan [306-2]

Untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari limbah padat, TRIPATRA melaksanakan hirarki pengelolaan limbah yaitu reduce, reuse, recycle (3R) sebagai berikut: 1. Mengurangi terbentuknya limbah dengan menghindari kon-

sumsi berlebih, melakukan pembelian yang efisien, memilih packaging besar, dan upaya lainnya.

2. Menggunakan kembali limbah yang masih memiliki nilai, seperti penggunaan kertas, kaleng, dan drum bekas.

3. Melakukan daur ulang dan composting, penggunaan construction debris untuk road filling, serta mengirimkan limbah ke pengelola limbah.

Pada praktiknya, pengelolaan limbah TRIPATRA dilakukan dengan segregasi limbahnya berdasarkan jenisnya. TRIPATRA memilah limbah organik, non organik, scrap logam, limbah B3, dan dikumpulkan dengan tempat sampah atau container. Limbah kemudian dikumpulkan ke tempat pem-buangan sampah sementara (TPS) dan diserahkan ke pengelola limbah. TRIPATRA melakukan pencatatan jenis dan kuantitas sampah yang dihasilkan dalam neraca limbah, dan menyertakan dalam manifest limbah sebelum dikirimkan ke fasilitas pengolahan limbah. Manifest disimpan dan dicatat serta dilaporkan jumlahnya secara bulanan. [306-2]

Untuk mengelola limbah B3 yang ditimbulkan dari area operasinya, TRIPATRA bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga yang memiliki perijinan sesuai peraturan pemerintah, terma-suk di dalamnya izin untuk pengangkutan, penyimpanan dan pengolahan.

GRI 306 WASTE

Waste Generation and Signification Waste-related Impacts [306-1]

TRIPATRA generated solid waste from office and construction activities. The solid waste shall be categorized into the follow-ing waste:1. Office waste, which consists of domestic waste (organic and

non-organic) and hazardous waste from the use of batteries, fluorescent lamps and cartridges.

2. Construction waste, which consists of domestic waste, demolition waste, pipe scrap waste, wood waste and wood chips, metal scrap waste, hazardous waste (used chemicals, used hazardous material containers, used oil, contaminated rags).

3. Consumption waste that occurs at the end of the value chain. [306-1]

Non-hazardous waste generated in TRIPATRA's working area consists of domestic waste (such as food, plastic, paper, cardboard), wood, construction waste, sludge, and geotextile/jumbo bag.

Management of Significant Waste-related Impacts [306-2]

In order to reduce the environmental impacts of solid waste, TRIPATRA has applied a waste management hierarchy, namely reduce, reuse, recycle (3R), with the following details:

1. Reducing the formation of waste by avoiding overconsump-tion, efficient purchasing, choosing large packaging, and other efforts.

2. Reusing waste that still has value, such as using used paper, cans and drums.

3. Recycling and composting, using construction debris for road filling, and sending waste to waste processing facilities.

During implementation, TRIPATRA waste management is con-ducted by waste segregation based on its type. TRIPATRA has categorized its waste into organic, non-organic, metal scrap, and hazardous waste, then collected in a trash can or contain-er. After that, these waste were collected in a temporary waste disposal (TPS) and handed over to the waste processing facility. TRIPATRA records the waste quantity and type gene-rated in a waste balance record, and re-stated in the waste manifest prior send to waste processing facilities. The Manifest is stored, recorded, and reported on a monthly basis. [306-2]

MEMBANGUN NILAI SOSIAL

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja TRIPATRA telah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 50 tahun 2012 dan standar internasional ISO 45001. Seluruh karyawan dan aktivitas perusahaan tercakup dan wajib mematuhi ketentuan dalam SMK3 tersebut. Selain telah mendapatkan sertifikasi, SMK3 yang diterapkan di TRIPATRA juga diaudit sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. [403-1]

Identifikasi Potensi Kecelakaan, Evaluasi Risiko, dan Investigasi Insiden [403-2]

Perusahaan saat ini memiliki prosedur hazard identification, risk assessment, and determining control (HIRADC) untuk mengiden-tifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja, baik yang sifatnya rutin maupun jarang terjadi. Pada praktiknya, TRIPATRA melakukan penilaian resiko (risk assessment) dan melakukan mitigasi (control) ber-dasarkan hierarchy of control. Langkah selanjutnya yaitu setiap resiko tersebut didaftarkan ke dalam HIRADC register.

Penerapan hierarcy of control atas risk register dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip sebagai berikut:1. Eliminasi sumber bahaya2. Subtitusi 3. Engineering control4. Administrative control5. Pengunaan Alat Pelindung Diri

Agar dapat menghilangkan atau mengurangi bahaya secara efektif, TRIPATRA melakukan tingkat pengendalian tertinggi yang teridentifikasi, yaitu mengeliminasi sumber bahaya. Dalam penerapannya, seringkali Perusahaan menerapkan lebih dari satu metode pengendalian bahaya. Sebagai contoh, pengen-dalian bahaya bahan kimia dapat dilakukan dengan kombinasi penyimpanan yang tepat, pelabelan, praktik kerja yang aman, penggunaan APD dan peralatan, prosedur, serta pelatihan tang-gap darurat.

Selain melakukan perekrutan karyawan dengan kompetensi sesuai peraturan K3, Perusahaan juga memberikan training untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan karyawan mengenai K3.

Minimal setahun sekali, TRIPATRA melakukan evaluasi di seluruh area kerja untuk melihat potensi bahaya baru atau ketaatan terhadap perubahan peraturan K3 yang berlaku di Indonesia. Jika dirasakan perlu, karyawan dapat melaporkan situasi kerja yang berbahaya dan berisiko terjadinya insiden kepada Perusahaan. Sejalan dengan itu, TRIPATRA memiliki sistem pelaporan kondisi tidak selamat (unsafe condition)/

Occupational Health and SafetyTRIPATRA has implemented an Occupational Health and Safe-ty Management System (SMK3/OHS-Management System) in accordance with Government Regulation Number 50/2012 and the international standard ISO 45001. All employees and company activities are included and obliged to comply with the provisions in the OHS Management System.In addition to being certified, this OHS Management System is also audited according to the applicable regulations. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation [403-2]

At the moment, the Company has a procedure of Hazard Iden-tification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) to identify the risk of work accidents, both routine and infre-quent. In practice, TRIPATRA conducts a risk assessment and mitigation (control) based on the hierarchy of control. Then, each risk is registered into the HIRADC register.

The hierarchy of control application on the risk registered is executed by implementing the following principles:1. Elimination of Danger sources2. Substitution3. Engineering control4. Administrative control5. Use of Personal Protective Equipment.

In order to eliminate or reduce a hazard effectively, TRIPATRA has carried out the highest level of control that can be identi-fied, namely eliminating the source of the hazard. In reality, the Company often applies more than one hazard control method. For example, controlling chemical hazards can be done with a combination of proper storage, labeling, safe work practices, use of PPE and equipment, procedures, and emergency response training.

In addition to recruiting employees with competencies in accordance with OHS regulations, the Company also provides training to develop employee skills and knowledge regarding OHS.

TRIPATRA conducts an evaluation at least once a year in all work areas through an audit mechanism in order to observe the potential for new hazards or changes to the OHS regula-tions applied in Indonesia. If necessary, employees can report hazardous work situations and risk incidents to the Company. For this reason, TRIPATRA has an unsafe condition/unsafe act reporting system through the Safety Observation Card (OK Card).

perilaku tidak selamat (unsafe act) melalui Kartu Observasi Kes-elamatan (OK Card). Selain OK Card, mekanisme pelaporan juga bisa dilakukan melalui whistle blowing system (WBS).

Lebih jauh lagi, Perusahaan mendorong karyawan untuk me- laporkan aktivitas yang berbahaya dan berisiko kepada atasan-nya. Tujuannya agar kondisi yang mengandung bahaya tersebut dapat diperbaiki, sekaligus meningkatkan kepekaan karyawan terhadap bahaya di area kerja. Karyawan dapat melanjutkan tugasnya setelah mitigasi bahaya tersebut ditetapkan dan dilakukan. Tidak ada satupun pekerjaan yang boleh dilakukan tanpa dipastikan terlebih dahulu keamanannya.

Ketika terjadi insiden, Perusahaan melakukan investigasi berdasarkan tingkat potensi risiko, seperti yang diatur dalam Incident Investigation System Procedure (PRO-COR-SHE-005). Investigation tools yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode "Why Analysis" maupun "TapRoot Analysis" untuk menemukan root causes incident, mulai dari yang risikonya sangat rendah hingga risiko tinggi.

Investigasi kecelakaan dilaksanakan oleh tim K3L dengan meli-batkan pihak terkait. Setelah root causes diketahui, tindak lanjut investigasi dimasukkan ke dalam register Action Management oleh SHE IDB. Penanggung jawab tindak lanjut akan ditentukan beserta target pemenuhannya. Target tersebut harus dipenuhi dengan dilengkapi bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa tindakan telah dilakukan. Untuk mencegah insiden terulang kembali, sosialisasi dilakukan kepada pihak yang melakukan pekerjaan, pelatihan ulang diselenggarakan kembali, dan dilakukan peruba-han prosedur atau penetapan kebijakan baru untuk menghilang-kan bahaya tersebut.

Layanan Kesehatan Kerja [403-3]

TRIPATRA memberikan layanan kesehatan kerja untuk mem-bantu karyawan mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi potensi, risiko kecelakaan kerja, dan penyakit akibat kerja. Untuk itu Perusa-haan menerapkan sistem pelayanan kesehatan berupa pro-motif dan preventif sesuai prinsip dasar HIPERKES. Pelayanan tersebut berlaku sama untuk semua karyawan Perusahaan dan karyawan kontraktor yang bekerja di wilayah operasi TRIPATRA.

Komunikasi, Konsultasi, dan Partisipasi Karyawan dalam Komite Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja [403-4]

Dalam menerapkan SMK3, TRIPATRA memberi kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk berpartisipasi, berkonsultasi, dan berko-munikasi terkait pengembangan dan penerapan sistem manaje-men K3 tersebut. Karyawan dapat terlibat dalam dan menyam-paikan aspirasinya melalui program meeting K3 seperti HSE weekly meeting dan Monthly HSE steering committee meeting (meeting P2K3).

In addition to the OK Card, the reporting mechanism can also be done through the whistle blowing system (WBS).

Moreover, the Company also allows employees to report ha- zardous and risky activities to their superiors. The objective for this action is to improve such condition as well as to improve employees' awareness on hazard presents in the workplace. The employees may continue their work after the hazard miti-gation is defined and executed. No work should be conducted before the condition is confirmed.

When an incident occurs, the Company conducts an investi-gation based on the level of potential risk, as stipulated in the Incident Investigation System Procedure (PRO-COR-SHE-005). The Investigation tools use "Why Analysis" and "TapRoot Analy-sis" methods to find root causes of incidents, ranging from very low risk to high risk.

Accident investigations are conducted by the OHSE team, together with related parties. After the root causes are iden-tified, the follow-up investigation is entered to the Action Management register by SHE IDB. The person in charge of the follow-up will be determined along with the achievement target. This target shall be be accompanied by evidence that the action has been taken. To prevent the reoccurence of incidents, social-ization is carried out to parties who do the work, reinforcement training is conducted, and changes in procedures or policies are established to eliminate these hazards as necessary.

Occupational Health Services [403-3]

TRIPATRA provides Occupational Health Services to help em-ployees identify and mitigate the potential and risks of work ac-cidents, and occupational illness. For this reason, the Company implements a health promotive and preventive service system in accordance with the basic principles of HIPERKES. These services apply to all employees and contractor employees under the TRIPATRA’s operation areas.

Employees Participation, Consultation, and Communi-cation on Occupational Health and Safety Committee [403-4]

In implementing OHS Management System (SMK3), TRIPATRA provides opportunities for employees to participate, consult, and communicate regarding the development and implementa-tion of the system. Employees may be involved in and express their aspirations through OHS meeting programs such as week-ly HSE meetings and Monthly HSE steering committee meetings (P2K3 meetings).

Rapat P2K3 diselenggarakan satu bulan sekali dihadiri oleh pimpinan dan sekretaris P2K3 beserta anggotanya dengan ketentuan berikut:• Struktur P2K3 di kantor pusat dipimpin oleh Direktur Uta-

ma dengan sekretaris P2K3 dari Departemen HSE yang mempunyai sertifikat ahli K3 umum, serta peserta P2K3 dari beberapa perwakilan karyawan yang juga termasuk dari Emergency Response Team (Tim ERT).

• Struktrur P2K3 di tingkat proyek menyesuaikan dengan struktur organisasi masing-masing proyek tersebut. Umumnya, P2K3 dipimpin oleh Project Manager dengan sekretaris P2K3 berasal dari personel HSE yang memi-liki sertifikat P2K3, serta anggotanya dari perwakilan karyawan dan juga subkontraktor.

Pelatihan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja [403-5]

Guna memastikan SMK3 dijalankan dengan baik dan konsis-ten, TRIPATRA menyelenggarakan Program Pelatihan K3 bagi karyawan baik di Head Office atau Project. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada seluruh karyawan sebelum mulai bekerja adalah HSE Induction. Topik yang disampaikan antara lain Ke-bijakan K3 perusahaan, Sistem Manajemen K3 perusahaan, area kerja, dan Observasi Keselamatan. Pelatihan spesifik terkait risiko pekerjaan juga diberikan, seperti Basic Construc-tion Safety, bekerja di ketinggian, Ruang terbatas, HAZID dan pencegahan insiden, Perilaku Keselamatan dan Pengamatan, Pemadaman Kebakaran Dasar, Tanggap Darurat, Pelatihan Supervisory/Leadership, dll. [403-5]

Promosi Kesehatan Karyawan [403-6]

Perusahaan memberikan akses dan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan lanjutan bagi seluruh karyawan. Layanan yang diberikan tersebut mencakup juga layanan kesehatan yang tidak terkait pekerjaan. Upaya tersebut dijalankan oleh TRIPATRA bekerja sama dengan rumah sakit dan asuransi kesehatan. Perusahaan menyediakan asuransi kesehatan bagi karyawan dan keluarganya, sebagai tambahan di luar persyaratan wajib dari pemerintah.

Dalam mendukung kesehatan karyawan, TRIPATRA menga-dakan program dan layanan kesehatan yang bersifat sukare-la. Salah satunya yaitu melaksanakan seminar atau bin-cang-bincang tentang kesehatan yang dibawakan oleh dokter spesialis sesuai bidangnya masing-masing bekerja sama dengan rumah sakit. TRIPATRA juga menyelenggarakan Fit To Work program bagi para karyawan yang memiliki hasil medical check-up (MCU) dalam kategori fit with note.

TRIPATRA currently has a structure of Occupational Health and Safety Committee (P2K3) both at the Head Office (HO) and Project levels. P2K3 meetings are held once a month and attended by P2K3 leaders, P2K3 Secretary, and members with the details as follows:• The P2K3 structure at the HO level is led by the President

Director with a P2K3 secretary from HSE Department who has a general OHS expert certificate and P2K3 partici-pants from several employee representatives who are also from the Emergency Response Team (ERT team).

• P2K3 structure at the project level adjusts to the organiza-tional structure of each project. P2K3 is generally led by a Project Manager with a P2K3 secretary from HSE per-sonnel who have a P2K3 certificate and members from employee representatives and also Subcontractors

Employee Training on Occupational Health and Safety [403-5]

In order to ensure that SMK3 is conducted properly and consistently, TRIPATRA has an OHS Training Program for employees, either in the Head Office or Project. The training provided to all employees prior to working starting date is HSE Induction. The topics in this training include the Company's OHS Policy, the Company's OHS Management System, work areas, and Safety Observations. Specific training related to occupational risks is also provided, such as Basic Construc-tion Safety, working at heights, confined spaces, HAZID and incident prevention, Safety Behavior and Observation, Basic Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, Supervisory/Leadership Training, etc. [403-5]

Promotion of Employee's Health [403-6]

The Company provides access and basic and advanced health services for all employees. The services provided also include non-work related health services. These efforts are carried out by TRIPATRA in collaboration with hospitals and health insurance. The Company provides health insurance package for employees and their families, in addition to the mandatory government requirements

In supporting the health of employees, TRIPATRA conducts voluntary health programs and services. One of the programs is conducting seminars or talks about health that are pre-sented by specialists in their respective fields establish a cooperation with hospitals. TRIPATRA also organizes a Fit To Work program for employees who have their medical check-up (MCU) results in the ‘fit with note’ category.

Pencegahan dan Mitigasi Dampak Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja yang Terkait Langsung pada Relasi Bisnisnya [403-7]

Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya, TRIPATRA bekerja sama dengan kontraktor. Pada tahun 2020, komposisi tenaga kerja di TRIPATRA terdiri dari karyawan sendiri sebesar 23%, sedangkan karyawan kontraktor mencapai 77%. Perusahaan memahami pentingnya perlindungan tenaga kerja, baik untuk karyawan sendiri maupun karyawan kontraktor. Oleh sebab itu, seluruh atau 100% karyawan yang bekerja di TRIPATRA, baik karyawan sendiri maupun karyawan kontraktor tercakup dalam sistem manajemen K3 yang dikelola oleh Perusahaan. [403-8]

Pendekatan yang dilakukan sistem manajemen K3 di TRIPATRA terhadap kontraktor dilakukan sejak tahap tender, yaitu dengan melakukan penilaian evaluasi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan (K3L). Pada fase opera-sional, TRIPATRA melakukan inspeksi dan audit HSE serta meninjau ulang kinerja K3L kontraktor secara berkala. Ketika proyek berakhir, post evaluation dilakukan untuk menilai kinerja K3L kontraktor selama pelaksanaan hingga proyek selesai.

Prevention and Mitigation of Occupational Health and Safety Impacts Directly Linked by Business Relation-ships [403-7] In conducting its activities, TRIPATRA cooperates with contrac-tors. In 2020, the composition of the workforce at TRIPATRA consisted of 23% internal employees, while contractor employ-ees reached 77%. The Company understands the importance of labor protection, both for internal employees and contractor employees. Therefore, all employees or 100% of total em-ployees working at TRIPATRA, both internal employees and contractor employees are covered by the OHS management system managed by the Company. [403-8]

The approach taken by the OHS management system at TRIPATRA towards contractors was conducted since the tender stage, namely by conducting an evaluation of Occu-pational Health Safety and Environment (OHSE/K3L). In the operational phase, TRIPATRA conducted HSE inspections and audits, as well as reviewed the OHSE contractor’s performance on a regular basis. When the project ended, a post evaluation was executed to assess the OHSE contractor's performance during implementation until the project was completed.

Kecelakaan Kerja dan Penyakit Akibat Kerja [403-9] [403-10]

Upaya TRIPATRA dalam mengelola sistem manajemen K3 dalam tiga tahun terakhir telah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat dari tidak adanya fatality baik terhadap karyawan sendiri maupun karyawan kontraktor di lingkungan kerja TRIPATRA. Tingginya risiko kerja menyebabkan masih ada-nya insiden kerja yang terjadi dalam tiga tahun terakhir, namun dampaknya dapat diminimalisir oleh Perusahaan.

Pada tahun 2020, terdapat 9 insiden kecelakaan kerja yang tercatat. Jumlah tersebut turun dari tahun sebelumnya yang mencapai 16 insiden kecelakaan kerja. Hal ini tentu menjadi catatan bagi TRIPATRA dan kontraktor agar terus konsisten menjalankan sistem manajemen K3L dengan baik.

Selanjutnya, terkait dengan penyakit akibat kerja, sepan-jang tahun 2020 tidak ada penyakit akibat kerja di wilayah operasional TRIPATRA yang menyebabkan adanya kematian. Sama seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, TRIPATRA juga tidak menemukan adanya laporan penyakit berat akibat pekerjaan. [403-10]

Work Related Injuries and Illness [403-9] [403-10]

TRIPATRA's efforts in managing the OHS management system in the last three years have been going according to the expec-tation. This can be seen from the absence of fatalities for both the employees themselves and contractor employees in TRIPATRA's work environment. The high level of work risk causes work incidents that have occurred in the last three years, but the impact can be minimized by the Company.

In 2020, there were 9 recorded work-related injuries. This number decreased from the previous year which reached 16 incidents of work-related injuries. This is certainly a note for TRIPATRA and contractors to continue to consistently run the HSE management system properly.

Furthermore, in relation to work-related illnesses, there were no work-related illnesses in TRIPATRA's operational areas that caused deaths throughout 2020. Similar to previous years, TRIPATRA also did not find any reports of severe work-related illnesses. [403-10]

Pelatihan dan Pendidikan [404]

Pada era globalisasi saat ini, TRIPATRA memperhatikan keah-lian dan kemampuan sebagai faktor penting bagi karyawan guna dapat senantiasa unggul dan bersaing di industri. Oleh sebab itu, TRIPATRA terus melakukan pengembangan kapa-sitas karyawan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, serta pengem-bangan karir. Pendidikan dan pelatihan berlaku bagi seluruh karyawan TRIPATRA, tanpa ada diskriminasi ras maupun jenis kelamin.

Pada tahun 2020, TRIPATRA mengadakan 7.998,5 jam pela-tihan untuk seluruh karyawan. Dengan jumlah jam pelatihan tersebut, jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah total karyawan, maka rata-rata jam pelatihan setiap karyawan per tahun adalah 9.355 jam. Secara umum, jumlah tersebut cenderung meningkat dalam tiga tahun terakhir.

Dalam rangka menunjang peningkatan karir karyawan, TRIPATRA menyelenggarakan berbagai jenis program pendidikan dan pelatihan. Setiap karyawan baru TRIPATRA mendapatkan topik induksi yang terkait nilai-nilai perusa-haan, Kesehatan, Keselamatan, Keamanan, dan Lingkungan (K3L), dan kualitas kerja. Selain itu, karyawan pun mendapa-tkan berbagai pendidikan dan pelatihan softskills yang terdiri dari kepemimpinan, manajemen waktu, kode etik, komunika-si, serta tugas dan tanggung jawab.

In 2020, TRIPATRA held 7,998.5 hours of training for all employees. If the total hours is compared with the total of em-ployees, the average training hours is recorded at 9.355 hours per employee. In general, this number shows an increase for the last three years.

In order to support the employee career development, TRIPATRA organizes various education and training program. Sejalan dengan adanya program pendidikan dan pelatihan, TRIPATRA mengadakan penilaian kinerja bagi karyawan, baik yang berstatus permanen maupun kontrak langsung. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan oleh atasan langsung dan/atau atasan pada fungsi lain.

Pada tahun 2020, TRIPATRA berhasil melakukan penilaian pada lebih dari 480 karyawan.

In line with the education and training programs, TRIPATRA has conducted employee performance, both for permanent or direct contract. Performance appraisal is conducted by their direct superior, and/or superior on other function.
