Tổng quát hệ thống truyền hình cáp Digital : Truyền hình số là truyền hình có chất lượng cao thỏa mãn được nhu cầu của người xem cũng như giúp cho các trung tâm truyền hình dễ dàng quản lý các thuê bao, Để phát triển lên công nghệ truyền hình số thì các trung tâm truyền hình cần phải cải thiện hệ thống của mình, nâng cấp các phương tiện kỹ thuật cũng như cần phải lắp đặt các đầu thu truyền hình số và điều chế các tín hiệu số để phát đi khi đó các thuê bao cũng sẽ được lắp đặt một Set – top – box số, Cấu tạo của một hệ thống truyền hình cáp số cũng tương tự như hệ thống truyền hình cáp tương tự, Tổng quát của một hệ thống truyền hình cáp số bao gồm các khối chức năng như: thu tín hiệu số, nén và mã hóa, điều chế và sau đó sẽ được ghép kênh và truyền đi đến thuê bao, Tại thuê bao sẽ được lắp đặt một Set-top-box sđể thu tín hiệu và giải mã,

    II .H thng Headend s: 1./ S h thng Headend Digital:
