Coal mill is a machine used for fine grinding of raw coal. Finesse of coal is controlled by means of roller pressure with PID control, Separator speed and moisture content in coal. Federate of the coal to Mill is controlled via Transweigh feeders. Bag filters are used to filter coal received from the mill via purging operation. Pressure at the bag filter is maintained via PID. Then the fine coal is stored into the two numbers of fine coal bins each having capacity of 200 Tones. Then the fine coal fed into the KILN via Pre-calciner and Kiln burners and the federate is controller via schenck feeders.
