With reference to your application & subsequent interview at GameView Pakistan (Pvt) Limited
(hereinafter Employer), we are pleased to offer you part time employment as “CG Artist” on thefollowing terms and conditions with effect from your date of joining. The actual date of joining will be amutually agreed upon date.
You have 3 days from the date of this letter to respond failing which this offer stands rescinded.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONTENTS OF THIS LETTER ARE CONFIDENTIAL, AND
REVEALING ITS CONTENTS (INCLUDING SALARY) WITHOUT PERMISSION, CANRESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ‘Offer of Employment’.

Sobia Islam ([email protected]) in our HR department.
You should sign and return this letter in a SEALED envelope, which will be considered as formal
acceptance of our offer of Employment.
1. You will be paid consolidated monthly salary which is listed below inclusive of all allowancesannounced by Federal and Provincial Government to-date subject to any adjustment from time to
time. Bifurcation of salary into basic and allowances will be as per Employer’s policy.
a. Upon Starting: You will be paid consolidated monthly salary of Rs 20,000 /= (RupeesTwenty Thousand Only).

b. Upon Completion of 9 months: You will have a salary review and review of yourresponsibilities upon completing 9 months of service.
c. Salary and Responsibilities Review. After initial 9 month salary review you will have
salary review every Apr 1st and Oct 1st as per our current corporate policy.
2. SALARY CERTIFICATE: If you have a previous employer, you are required to submit salaryslips from your previous employer. Failure to submit slips can result in cancellation of offer.
The salary slips should be verified from your previous employer and shall be submitted to HRDept either before Date of Joining OR when you are submitted signed appointment letter."
3. RULES AND REGULATIONS: Your service will be governed by Employer’s Rules andRegulations, as may be in force, from time to time. By signing this appointment offer, you
hereby understands that the Employer is a growing business concern and the process of improving and finalizing employment policies and Rules and Regulations is continuing in nature
and as such, agree to sign whenever further documentation is required under the Rules andRegulations and agree to abide by the same.
4. You will not be entitled to any Employer’s benefits being part time employee.
5. You will have authority necessary to perform your duties which shall be subject to Rules andRegulations of the Employer.
6. During your employment or after its termination you will not disclose to any other person, anyinformation, that you may have obtained while in the service, relating to the Employer, its
suppliers, customers, employees or other persons related to the Employer and will not devalueany of Employer’s affairs or trade, unless compelled to do so by a Court of Law.
7. From time to time, you will be required to sign, employees invention, non-disclosures andconfidentiality agreements either with:
d. GameView-U.S.A, OR
e. with prospective and existing customers of GameView-U.S.A. ORf. with prospective and existing partners of GameView-U.S.A. ORg. GameView-Pakistan (Private) Limited OR
h. other entities as deemed necessary for conducting business operations.
You will be required to abide by these legally binding non-disclosures and confidentialityagreements.
8. You will discharge all such duties, responsibilities and authorities as assigned to you, efficientlyand diligently to the satisfaction of the Employer and you will not act in any manner contrary to
the interest of the Employer’s business.

9. Your services can be terminated by the Employer giving you ONE MONTH’S written notice orpay in lieu thereof. In case, you intend to resign, you will be required to give ONE MONTH’S
notice along-with resignation or pay in lieu thereof. You can not resign during the initial one
month from the date of joining. However, in case you resign during the initial one month you
will be liable to pay Rs. 75,000 as a cost incurred for the training and development. However, in
case of breach of any terms of appointment and any rules and regulations of service, or for anyother misconduct, you will be subject to disciplinary action, which could result in termination of
your employment with the Employer without any compensation thereof.
10. You will be under obligation to take care of the Employer’s assets, according to the maintenanceschedule recommended by the manufacturer of such asset or schedule framed by the techniciansof the Employer, under your direct use or being used under your supervision.
In a token of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions, please sign below at the appropriate
place on the duplicate copy of this letter, and return that to the Admin & Human Resource Departmentat the Head Office, Lahore within seven days from the date of receipt of this Letter. .

ACCEPTANCE
I, Uffaq Aamir, Haji javed flat no 1,Shoukat Manzil, Furniture MarketIchra bazar Lahore, herebydeclare that I have carefully read, heard, and understood the above terms and conditions of employmentas set out in my Letter of Appointment of which this is a true copy. I understand that I am responsible forabiding by Employer’s Policies and Rules and Regulations made there-under from time to time. I confirmthat I fully accept the conditions of this Letter of Appointment.
I further confirm that I am joining GameView on _______________.
I agree and understand that by accepting the offer of employment, I also commit that I will not be
interviewing at any other company. I will not solicit or accept any other offer of employment.
By choosing to accept employment with GameView, I also agree that GameView have made
investment of time and resources on the recruitment process.
In case of my failure to join GameView, I hold myself liable to pay to the GameView an amount of Rs.
75,000 being the cost incurred by the GameView in connection with my selection, arranging &conducting interview, cost of HR department’s man hours & other overheads etc ., without calling for thedetails and bills for the amount stated hereinbefore.
I further agree and understand that the submission of an offer letter in an Unsealed or Open envelope mayresult in cancellation of Offer of Employment.
I, further agree and understand that THE CONTENTS OF THIS LETTER ARE
CONFIDENTIAL, AND REVEALING ITS CONTENTS (INCLUDING SALARY) WITHOUT
PERMISSION, CAN RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ‘Offer of Employment’.
