Oversee and train Residential Life staff around the Terms and Conditions process.
Monitors conduct caseloads and provide feedback to Residence Directors and Assistant Residence Directors related to
timeliness, decision letters, and sanction assignments.
Collaborate with the Assistant Director for Administrative Services to oversee Office Managers’ roles and
responsibilities as it relates to the conduct process and troubleshoots resolutions with them.
Serves as the central Residential Life representative in the various policy operations, and oversight groups established
to address campus conduct.
Oversee all residential education housing issues during the summer academic term.
Recruit, select, train, and supervise a graduate Summer Residence Director.
Recruit, select, and train eight Summer Resident Advisors.
Coordinate with Continuing and Distance Education staff to develop logistics for Summer Academy, pre-college
program for 10th-12th grade students pursuing academic credit.
Recruit, select, train, and supervise a Summer Academy Residence Director though the ACUHO-I internship process.
Recruit, select, and train eight to ten Summer Academy Resident Advisors.
