• the 9/11 attack was on september 11, it was when the Afghanistan people hijacked 2 planes at the same time and crashed into the world trade centre in USA.

• how did I know about the event?

• My mom was in the moment of silence and I asked her why, and she told me the event, I went into silence every year now.

Hong Kong Opium War-prior knowledge

• What was the event?

• the event was called ‘hong kong opium war’ it was when the british people came to Hong Kong to destroy them, but instead of killing them, they gave them opium. Opium was a type of (bad) drug that makes you feel weak and sleepy.


• In grade 2,I went to a museum for a field trip and ,Ms. Meyer, my teacher,told the whole class about the opium war.
