• Einbau mit Radio und AblagefachRadioblende vormontieren.

1. Das Ablagefach in die Radioblende einsetzen und mitden Schrauben 4,2 x 13 befestigen (siehe Fig. 3).

2. Das 15 mm Schaumstoffstück hinten mittig auf dasAblagefach kleben (siehe Fig. 3).

• Einbau mit Radio und IDC A09Radio-Verkleidung mit IDC A09 vormontierenDas Ablagefach wird hierfür nicht benötigt.

1. Für den Einbau eines IDC A09 muss dessen Kappen-rahmen und die Haltefedern demontiert werden(siehe Fig. 4).

Hinweis: Nicht genug Einbautiefe vorhanden!Rückwandbolzen des IDC A09 muss bis auf 3 mmLänge gekürzt werden.

2. 5 mm Schaumstoffstück mittig auf den IDC A09 kleben(siehe Fig. 4).

3. IDC A09 mit den vorhandenen Haltefedern-Schraubenmit der Radio-Verkleidung verschrauben (siehe Fig. 5).

• Radio-Einbau (Agila/Omega)1. Radio-Verkleidung in den Einbauschacht einsetzen.2. Einbaurahmen in die Verkleidung schieben und so im

Fahrzeug verschränken, dass ein fester Sitz gewährlei-stet ist (siehe Fig. 6).

3. Radio über ein Blaupunkt-Adapterkabel anschließenund in den Einbaurahmen schieben, bis es hörbareinrastet.Beim Einschub müssen die Geräte hinten etwasangehoben werden, damit sie nicht gegen denSchaumstoffstreifen stoßen.

• Radio-Einbau mit IDC A09 (Corsa)Hinweis:Der Einbau eines IDC A09 ist im Corsa nur möglich,wenn der Radioschacht oben um ca. 2,0 mm vergrö-ßert wird (siehe Fig. 7).

• Radioeinbautiefe zu IDC A09 optisch anpassenAls Ersatzteil sind folgende Rahmen erhältlich:Teilnummer : 8 601 360 029 2,5 mm dick

• Preparation1. Remove the radio or cover.2. Remove the screw from the rear wall of the Opel frame

(see Fig. 1).3. Remove the frame and unclip the ISO connector.4. In the case of the Opel Agila, you must remove the

bracket that is also attached to the rear wall with twoscrews (see Fig. 2).

5. Inside the installation compartment, stick the 50 mmfoam section below, at the back and in the middle(see Fig. 3).

• Installation with a radio and storagecompartment

Pre-assemble radio panel1. Insert the storage compartment into the radio surround

panel and attach them to one another using the4,2 x 13 screws (see Fig. 3).

2. Glue the 15 mm piece of foam in a central position ontop of the storage compartment (see Fig. 3).

• Installation with a radio and IDC A09Pre-assemble radio panel with IDC A09The storage compartment will not be required for this.

1. To install an IDC A09, you must remove its front panelframe and retaining springs (see Fig. 4).Note:Insufficient depth available for installation!

Backplate screw on the IDC A09 must be reduced to alength of 3 mm.

2. Stick the 5 mm foam section onto the IDC A09 in themiddle (see Fig. 4).

3. Attach the IDC A09 to the radio panel using theavailable retenti on spring screws (see Fig. 5).

• Radio installation (Agila/Omega)1. Insert the radio panel into the compartment.2. Insert the mounting frame into the panel and lock it in

place in the vehicle compartment so that it sits firmly(see Fig. 6).

3. Connect the radio using a Blaupunkt adapter cable andinsert it into the mounting frame until you hear it clickinto place.When inserting the units, be sure to lift their backends slightly so that they do not push up againstthe foam strips.

• Radio installation with IDC A09 (Corsa)Note:An IDC A09 can only be installed in the Corsa if the topof the radio compartment is enlarged by approx.2.0 mm (see Fig. 7).

• Adapting the radio installation depth to visuallymatch the IDC A09

• Préparation1. Démonter l’autoradio ou le couvercle.2. Enlever la vis au dos du cadre Opel (voir Fig. 1).3. Oter le cadre et décliqueter le bloc de connexion ISO.4. Pour les Opel Agila, enlever impérativement le coude

en tôle fixée au dos avec deux vis (voir Fig. 2).5. Coller 50mm de mousse en dessous, derrière au

centre de l’espace de montage (voir Fig. 3).

• Montage avec l’autoradio et le compartimentPrémonter le cadre de l’autoradio.

1. Poser le vide-poches sur l’adaptateur et visser avecles vis 4,2 x 13 (voir Fig. 3).

2. Coller la 15 mm pièce en mousse au centre sur levide- poches (voir Fig. 3).

• Montage avec l’autoradio et l’IDC A09Prémonter la garniture de l’autoradio avecl’IDC A09L’compartiment de ne sont pas requis ici.

1. Pour le montage d’un IDC A09, il faut démonter soncadre-cache et les ressorts de retenue (voir Fig. 4).Note :Pas de profondeur de montage suffisante !Le boulon arrière de l’IDC A09 doit être raccourcijusqu’à 3 mm de long.

2. Coller derrière 5 mm au centre sur l’IDC A09(voir Fig. 4).

3. Visser l’IDC A09 avec la garniture de l’autoradio aumoy en des vis de ressort fournies (voir Fig. 5).

• Montage de l’autoradio (Agila/Omega)1. Mettre la garniture de l’autoradio dans l’espace de mon

tage.2. Faire glisser le cadre de montage dans la garniture et

l’emboîter dans le véhicule de façon à ce qu’il soit bienlogé (voir Fig. 6).

3. Brancher l’autoradio au moyen d’un cable adaptateurBlaupunkt et le faire glisser dans le cadre de montagejusqu’au déclic audible.Au moment de l’introduction, les appareils doiventêtre légèrement surélevés à l’arrière de façon à cequ’ils ne se heurtent pas contre la bande enmousse.

• Montage de l’autoradio et de l’IDC A09 (Corsa)Note :L’IDC A09 ne peut être monté dans les Corsa que sil’emplacement réservé à l’autoradio est agrandi enhaut de 2,0 mm environ (voir Fig. 7).

• Adapter visuellement la profondeur de montaged’autoradio par rapport au IDC A09

1. Mettete il vano portaoggetti sull’adattatore 2 e fissatelocon le viti 4,2 x 13 (fare riferimento a fig. 3).

2. Incollate il pezzetto in 15 mm materiale plasticoespanso sul vano portaoggetti in posizione centrale(fare riferimento a fig. 3).

• Montaggio con autoradio e IDC A09Montaggio preliminare del rivestimentodell’autoradio con IDC A09L’vano portaoggetti non sono necessari.

1. Per poter procedere al montaggio, è prima necessariosmontare il telaio di copertura e le molle di fissaggiodell’IDC A09 (fare riferimento a fig. 4).Nota:Profondità insufficiente per il montaggio!Ridurre a un massimo di 3 mm la lunghezza dei bulloniposteriori dell’IDC A09.

3. Fissare l’IDC A09 al rivestimento dell’autoradio servendosi dei bulloni per molle di fissaggio esistenti (fare riferimento a fig. 5).

• Montaggio dell’autoradio (Agila/Omega)1. Inserire il rivestimento dell’autoradio nel vano di mon

taggio.2. Spingere il telaio di montaggio nel rivestimento e incas

sare nel veicolo in maniera tale che non possamuoversi (fare riferimento a fig. 6).

3. Collegare l’autoradio servendosi del cavo adattatoreBlaupunkt e spingere nel telaio di montaggio fino a sentire lo scatto.Durante l’inserimento, tenere un po’ sollevata laparte posteriore degli apparecchi affinché nonurtino contro la striscietta in materiale espanso.

• Montaggio dell’autoradio con IDC A09 (Corsa)Nota:Il montaggio di un IDC A09 in una Opel Corsa èrealizza bile solo se il vano destinato ad accoglierel’autoradio è ingrandito di ca. 2,0 mm nella partesuperiore (fare riferimento a fig. 7).

• Adattamento ottico della profondità dimontaggiodell’autoradio con IDC A09

• Voorbereiding1. Demonteer de radio of de afdekking.2. Verwijder de schroef in de achterwand van het Opel-

frame (zie fig. 1).3. Verwijder het frame en haal het ISO-aansluitblok los.4. Bij de Opel Agila moet de aan de achterwand aanvul

lend met twee schroeven bevestigde stalen hoek worden verwijderd (zie fig. 2).

5. Lijm het 50 mm-schuimstofstuk van onderen, achter inhet midden in de inbouwopening (zie fig. 3).

• Inbouw radio met aflegvakMonteer het radioscherm van tevoren.

1. Zet het aflegvak op de adapter en schroef het vast metde schroeven 4,2 x 13 (zie fig. 3).

2. Lijm het 15 mm schuimstof deel in het midden op hetaflegvak (hoogte tot de radio aanpassen) (zie fig. 3).

• Inbouw met radio en IDC A09Monteer van tevoren de radiobekleding aan deIDC A09Aflegvak zijn hiervoor niet nodig.

1. Voor het inbouwen van een IDC A09 moeten het framevan de kap en de houdveren ervan worden gedemonteerd (zie fig. 4).Let op:Onvoldoende inbouwdiepte beschikbaar!De bout in de achterwand van de IDC A09 moet wor-den ingekort tot 3 mm lengte.

2. Lijm het 5 mm-schuimstofstuk in het midden op deIDC A09 (zie fig. 4).

3. Schroef de IDC A09 met de meegeleverde schroevenvan de houdveer vast aan de radiobekleding(zie fig. 5).

• Radio inbouwen (Agila/Omega)1. Plaats de radiobekleding in de inbouwopening.2. Schuif het inbouwframe in de bekleding en zet deze

kruislings zo vast in de auto dat deze gegarandeerdgoed vastzit (zie fig. 6).

3. Sluit de radio aan met de Blaupunkt-adapterkabel enschuif deze in het inbouwframe tot hij hoorbaar vergrendelt.Bij het naar binnen schuiven moeten de apparatenvan achteren iets worden opgetild, zodat ze niettegen de schuimstofstrook stoten.

• Radio inbouwen met IDC A09 (Corsa)Let op:Het inbouwen van de IDC A09 in de Corsa is alleenmoge lijk wanneer de radio-opening van boven metca. 2,0 mm wordt vergroot (zie fig. 7).

• Inbouwdiepte van de radio voor IDC A09 optischaanpassen

De volgende frames zijn verkrijgbaar als reserveonderdelen:Ond.nummer : 8 601 360 029 2,5 mm dik

2. Klistra fast skum15 mm gummibiten på mitten avförvaringsfacket (anpassa höjd efter radion) (sefigur 3).

• Montering av radio med IDC A09Sätt först ihop radiopanelen med cd-växlarenIDC A09.Förvaringsfack används inte.

1. Innan växlaren IDC A09 kan monteras, måste förstdess dekorram och fästfjädrar tas loss (se figur 4).Obs!Befintligt monteringsdjup är inte tillräckligt!Gängpinnen i växlarens bakre vägg måste kortas nedtill längden 3 mm.

2. Ta en bit skumgummi (5 mm) och limma fast det centrerat baktill på växlaren A09 (se figur 4).

3. Fäst ihop växlaren och radiopanelen med hjälp av fästfjädrarnas skruvar (se figur 5).

• Montering av radio (Agila/Omega)1. Sätt in radiopanelen i montagefacket.2. Skjut in montageramen i fordonspanelen och kila in/

kan tra den så att den sitter fast ordentligt (se figur 6).3. Anslut radion med passande Blaupunkt adapterkabel

och skjut sedan in den i montageramen, så att den därhör bart går i spärr.Lyft upp apparaten baktill något när den skjuts in,så att den inte går mot skumgummibiten.

2. Colar o 15 mm material alveolar no escaninho, numaposição central (ver fig. 3).

• Montagem com rádio e IDC A09Pré-montar a caixa do rádio com IDC A09Para tal, não se necessitam o escaninho.

1. Para a montagem de um IDC A09, tem de sedesmontar a moldura do mesmo e as molas de fixação(ver fig. 4).Nota:A profundidade não é suficiente para a montagem!A cavilha do painel traseiro do IDC A09 tem de ser encurtado até um comprimento de 3 mm.

2. Colar a tira de espuma 5 mm no IDC A09, no lado detrás ao meio (ver fig. 4).

3. Fixar o IDC A09 na estrutura do rádio mediante ospara fusos existentes nas molas de fixação (ver fig. 5).

• Montagem do rádio (Agila/Omega)1. Inserir a estrutura do rádio no compartimento de

montagem.2. Encaixar a armação de montagem na estrutura e enga

tar de tal forma no veículo a garantir um ajuste firme(ver fig. 6).
