PORK CUTLET

Ingredients:• Boneless Pork Loin 8 slices• Salt 1/2 tbsp.Pepper 1/2 tbsp.• Plain Flour 50 g• Egg (beaten) 2 nos.• Breadcrumb 100 g• Oil 500 ml.• Parsley, to garnish

PORK CUTLET

Method:1. Wash and pat dry Pork Loin. Pound to thinner

slices if needed.2. Season Pork Loin with Salt and Pepper for 1

hour.3. Coat the Pork Loin with Flour, Beaten Egg and

Breadcrumb.4. Heat Oil in Electric Deep Fat Fryer to 180 C, fry

Pork Loin for 2 minutes or until golden brown.5. Garnish Pork Cutlet with Parsley and serve

with Ketchup if desired.
