2. INSPECTION METHODS, CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS2.1 Hardware Configuration Inspection
Check the hardware specifications and system components as follows:
2.1.1 Checking Hardware Specifications
(1) ComponentsCheck the model and quantities of the system by referring to the drawings for approval (hereinaftercalled manufacturing specification sheets).
(2) Standard accessoriesCheck the quantities of the standard accessories by referring to the manufacturing specification sheets.

2/22.1.2 System Component Inspection
(1) Visual Inspection of Constructiona. Checking External Dimensions
Measure the major outside dimensions and check that they are as shown in the general specifications(publication number GS 33Y06H52-31E). Dimension-tolerances are in accordance with the followingtable:Normal tolerance of outside dimensions for system products (Unit: mm)

(*1) Indicates the measurements and combined tolerance of front door and rear door or each surface.
Remarks The tolerance in this table for measurements are over 120 mm and up to 8000 mm refer to JEM1459“Power Distribution Panels, Control Panels, Construction and Dimensions”.
b. Visual InspectionCheck paint color. Also check for external defects such as deformation, flaws and stains. Check thecomponent, domain and station numbers to see that they agree with those described on the manufactur-ing specification sheets.
* (2) Insulation Resistance and Dielectric Strength Tests

Between power terminal and ground At least 20 M at 500V DC 1500V AC for 1 minute
(Caution1) When a 24 VDC power supply is specified for the unit, test the dielectric strength with a 500 VAC
withstand voltage tester.
(Caution2) Perform the dielectric strength test with the card units that represent the secondary circuit load removed.
Note) Since the inspection items marked with asterisks (*) have already been inspected at the factory duringthe manufacturing process, the test certificate shall substitute for an actual test.
2.2 Standard Function Inspection
2.2.1 Communication Inspection (Vnet)
Check that Vnet performs communication function normaly. In case of dual-redundant type, check respectivebuses.
