TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ORDERSPrices are subject to change without notice. Prices published at the time of order

will be honored. Minimum amount of an initial order for each season is $1,000.

Minimum embroidery order must be for 6 pieces. Our terms are NET 30 DAYS.

All terms are F.O.B. shipped from our Denver, CO warehouse. A service charge

of 2% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices, as well as expenses,

attorney fees and court costs which seller incurs by reason of buyer’s default.

Deduction from payments for any reason will not be allowed until credit memos

are issued. Please make payment to: Nacabi Trading, Inc. C/O Porter Capital,

PO Box 12105 Birmingham, AL 35202.

SHORTAGES, ERRORS & DAMAGESInspect all shipments carefully. Verify total number of cartons. All claims for

lost, damaged or concealed shortages (due to pilferage) must be made to the

delivering carrier claims department with 7 days of delivery. Shortages and

errors must be reported in writing to Tehama Customer Service Department

within 7 days of delivery.

DAMAGED GOODSDamaged merchandise must be a manufacturer’s defect. All damaged

merchandise will be repaired; if unrepairable, we will review the situation for

credit. Damaged merchandise due to improper laundering will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND NON-DAMAGED GOODSNo merchandise will be accepted without a proper return authorization label.

A return authorization label must be posted on the outside of the package.

Request for a return authorization (RA) number must be made through the

Customer Service Department. Return authorizations will only be honored when

the following information is provided: Client Account Number, Client Address,

Invoice/Control Number, Style Number or Complete Description of Items,

Quantity/Sizes/Color, Specific Reason for Return. Only merchandise from the

current season will be accepted for return.

Any merchandise not returned within 30 days of the date of authorization will

not be accepted. This merchandise will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Authorized returns for non-damaged merchandise are subject to a 20%

restocking fee. Authorized returns will only be accepted prepaid. Anything

returned collect, will be refused and returned to the store at their expense.

CANCELLATIONSAll orders are considered valid and cannot be cancelled unless a written letter

of cancellation is received and acknowledged in writing by Tehama Customer

Service Department at least 30 days before the start date. Phone cancellations

will not be honored.
