EXECUTIVE SUMMARY -‐ I
Our entrepreneurial undertakings mission, drives SOCIAL OUTCOMES while creating UBIQUITOUS VALUE; Trough effective & efficient allocation of resources, we tackle SAFE WATER challenges in vulnerable rural communities of Colombia.
Uniting an exceptional TEAM with complementary skills, talents, aspirations, passions and hopes of individuals & institutions, to maximize social COexistence & diversity. From sharing, to colloquy, to collaboration, to synchronization, we perform collective execution and value creation.

SUTAINABLE SOCIAL INNOVATION -‐ II
As the economic order shifts away from traditional market options, dynamic ecosystems of new paradigms ignites the spark to counter intuitive intellectual insights, to surpass our future imaginings. Society can be viewed as an open system exchanging energy with the environment. Fluctuations CAN BE created by a small group of people, and this in turn has the potential to change society as a whole. If the perturbations exceed society's ability to "dampen" the fluctuations, then a new level of social order can evolve. By growing our networks, and becoming increasingly complex, it becomes more likely that these small perturbations can lead to higher orders of complexity. Social change and evolution will happen at an ever-‐increasing pace. By pioneering, and converging visionary leaders, who stand upon shoulders of giants, and gaze into successful endeavors, we will pioneer at the forefront of positive impact generation.
By analyzing the structure, function and operation of the world’s leading business models, we blended the best things extracted from each one of them. As a result, we built on the fringe, a revolutionizing scalable model with an exponential deployment growth. Soluciones Verdes came to this world 4 years ago as a foundation, in MUSHAISA, a town located in the municipality of Albania in La Guajira Department, northest part of Colombia, The northest country in South America. MUSHAISA, which translates “Land of Coal” in wayúunaiki, is the campement of Cerrejon, the biggest open pit mining operation in the world (Owned in equal parts by BHP Billiton, Anglo American & Xstrata). The founding members of this integrated initiative grew up in this place, an innovation paradise we call home. In February this year the initiative was enlighten by the mutuality of minds pursuing the best ways in which social impact outcomes could be boosted. The COemergent output metamorphosed Soluciones Verdes into the COrporation of Life.
By Advancing Knowledge management and communication protocols, we can effectively create channels communicating: Platform with Users & Peer with peers. Local & 100% sustainable water treatment system design to combine BIOsand filtration and solar disinfection principles to improve physical, chemical and microbiological parameters of water.
OPERATION
The ECO Filter produces 100 L of SAFE WATER per day. It treats sweet sources of water, and has an autonomous operation. The optimal operation use is daily. It requires periods of basic cleansing.

This will allow us to continue with course of plan, and proceed with a second round of capitalization for 251,000 USD.
