1.Normal Skin• It has an even tone, soft and a smo0th texture.• It’s not to oily not to dry.• It’s beautiful but it needs care if it’s to last. Neglect

can lead to signs of aging and wrinkling.

• It glows with an inner health which stems from good

blood circulation and excellent health.

Care for Normal Skin• The only care this skin requires is cleaning it twice a day with a mild baby soap and water and toned with something mild, like rose water.• at night, to keep your skin’s normal moisture- balance apply a thin film of home-made moisturizer.• Avoid direct heat on the face-including that from blow dryers.• Drinks 8 to 10 glass of water daily.

4. Combination skin• Your skin can be dry or normal some areas and oily in others, such as the T-zone. Many people have this tip it may need slightly different care in different areas.• It’s can have – pores that look larger than normal, Because they are more open, Black heads , & Shiny skin.

Care for Combination Skin• Drink 8 to 10 glass of water.• Always wash your face with a gentle, water soluble cleanser to prevent irritation and dryness. Use gel best or mild foaming cleanser.• Avoid bar soap or bar cleansers of any kind, regardless of their claims.

control combination hair.• I also use a deep conditioner at least

once a week.• I use shampoo alternative days.• I don’t use comb in wet hair.

Dental care:- Brush your teeth twice in a day. Brush on all sides of your teeth and tongue. If you can Brushing during the day will reduce the damage caused by plaque and toxins.

Mouth wash:- Use a fluoride mouth wash. It helps to strengthen tooth enamel

Nails:- Cut your nails properly. Take a nail cutter always with you .

Shave:- Shave daily, with a sharp blade razor.

Applying make up for manStart with a clean face. Do your regular skincare regimen , or follow this steps:- Exfoliate- Wash your face with a gentle exfoliate,

and rub slowly in a circular motion with warm water to remove dead skin cells .rinse and put(don’t rub) dry with a soft towel.

Wet a cosmetic pad or cotton ball with toner ,and put lightly on your skin. Toner is meant to restore

the skin to its natural pH level and remove any remaining dirt or dry skin cells.

Moisturize:- Apply moisturizer with a sunscreen that has SPF of 15 or higher to your face and neck. Allow it to absorb into your skin before proceeding to the next step.

Types of exercise to maintain weightMorning walk:- Walk 15-20 minutes in the morning, its help to reduce the extra fatCycling :- its gives benefits to our legs, Thais and many other things Ab crunch:- Lie flat on our back, with our knees bent and feet on floor. Tighten our core. Press our lower back into the mat and reach toward top of knees. Return to staring position but keep core tight and repeat for 30 secondsPush-ups:- It’s a plank position exercise on floor or mat Yoga :- it is a easy and very old and useful , its help to reduce many kinds of disease without any treatment and medicines.
