4,质量保证：生产商给与 100%保证。设备离开工厂时需为全新。自调试结束之日起卖方保证机器质量 1 年，如果 1 年内任何零件（不含易损件）发现有质量缺陷，生产商须免费更换。1 年后，零件可以优惠价得到更换。Insurance:100% brand new when leaving factory. We guarantee quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish, if any parts (exclude easily damageable parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we should replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.

5,安装：按照买方要求，卖方将会派技术人员到买方安装调试设备，但是技术人员在国外的生活费和交通费及一切费用均由买方负责，技术人员工资按每人每天 $60 USD 计算。Installation:The Seller will send technical engineers to the Buyer’s site for installation and debugging machines.

Expenses abroad should be paid by the buyer, include air tickets, hotel, restaurant and $ 6 0USD salary per day for each technical engineer.

6,付款方式：签订合同之后，30%通过 T/T 作为预付款，剩下的 70%，在验收后，装运前通过 T/T 付清。Terms of Payment:After signed the contract, the buyer should pay 30% of total amount in advance-T/T and 70% of total amount should be paid before goods leave factory .
