Darya Gladisheva, born November 28, 1995 in Moscow She has been going in for swimming in DYuSSh since eight years.

In 2004 Dasha debuted at competitions among athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities. In 2012 she executed a rank of the Master of Sports.In 2013 Darya became the absolute champion in an individual event of 400 m in/St in the Moscow championship.

For someone its an occasion to become better. For someone its a way out from difficult situations by devotion on trainings. For someone its belief, hope or love. For Darya sports are force.

The key to success

The fatigue helps to understand as far as you are close to a record. Fight within you when because of failures you want to quit sport, but you have one more distance, fight up to the end. Overcome fear, muster up the courage and make the way to the purpose. Aim at success and aspire to it!

Sport gives Dasha self-confidence, tranquility and lack of any kinds of stress. Thanks to sport she found new friends, various acquaintances which enrich her life in bright colors. She isn't afraid of difficulties, after all if you transferred difficult training, youll transfer any other negative activators.
