Projects

House A. is a residential project I made for Habitare, an interior design studio based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. My task was to produce multiple renderings of spaces in 3DS max. The clients were not persuaded by the floor plans alone

and could not imagine the space. With my help, the deci-sion-making was made easier and the clients were sold with the renderings. Clients could not decide wether to keep the house in classical style or adopt the modernism. at the end

they chose to go with the minimalistic and modernistic approach.

Flat M. is a one bedroom flat situated in the centre of Ljubljana. My client was a young economist, very fond of scandinavian design. With limited budget he wanted to

transform his small apartment into a minimalistic and modern home.

Living room is a narrow space, connected to the kitchen. In order to visually enlarge the room and save space. all furniture

is designed proportionally and placed in the corners. Simple and clear lines spread throughout the apartment.

Accessories are toned in neutral and pastel color palette, forming this flat into a contemporary and comforting space to

live in.

Flat Z.Flat z is located in a brand new housing complex in Ljubljana

centre. My client is a junior doctor. Having a tough and unpredictable job, coming to a cozy and relaxing home is a

luxury to her.

The main area combines living room, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen cabinets extend and form a simple bench

offering more storage space. Large windows allow natural light to enter the living areas making this flat airy, bright and

comfortable. White walls and simple, tranquil wallcoverings emphasize the spacioussness of the room. Master bedroom contains a white built-in closet, standard double bed with

minimalist headboard and small floating drawers. Furnishings are colored in white/grey palette combined with navy blue,

mint and copper accessories.

Studio V.

Studio V is situated in the city centre in Ljubljana, located in an old residential building made in the early 70’s (not the fin-

est era for architecture in Slovenia). My client is a communicative, young logopedist. With a very tight budget, he wanted to liven up and redesign his studio. This was my pro-bono project, as I knew the person and his struggle with budget. I also knew that he does not posses the skills and the

touch to create a nice and cosy apartment. It was also my first real project, so I learned a lot about communication with the

client itself, but with contractors as well. So I put my knowledge to the test for the first time.

In order to create a larger sense of space, we made an opening in the wall, connecting living room with the kitchen. This way

we brightened it up with natural light. Furniture is mostly designed from OSB boards which is an

inexpensive material, but creates an interesting pattern throughout the whole studio.

Kindergarten PodutikKindergarten podutik is my bachelors degree project. The

purpose of my thesis is to explore the influence of architecture and interior design on the childs growth. I researched kinder-

garten architecture, analyzed its history and origins and studied various approaches kindergartens use across the world.

And lastly, I designed a smart, sustainable and eco-friendly kindergarten.

The main goal was to create a space in which a child would increase both phisical and intellectual abilities. Playrooms are

simple, playful and designed to be transformed by children themselves. The furniture is moveable, stackable, modular and colored in soft pastel color palette. A large outdoor playground

contains vegetable gardens, kick scooter track and various multi-purpose structures. to implement kindergarten in the

environment I constructed a tilted green roof with vegetation matching the one in its surroundings.

Hotel St. JosephHotel St. Joseph is 3 star hotel in Hamburg. My client is a

contractor in need of a design concept for a small hotel room.

My objective is luxury.

Fine materials and elegant accessories toned in black/gold color palette create an extravagant atmosphere.

aesthetically pleasing floating bed with black leather headboard offeres this small room an airy and sophisticated look. A gold wallcovering with a fleur de lis pattern adds a

pinch of baroque elegance.

Bathroom has a walk-in shower and is covered with glittering black mosaic tiles.
