with presentation to the customer of the ham, of the Yunnan cooking with some recipes, of the supplier, by using boards and a leaflet

• Tasting table : the products use for the tasting will be uncooked and cooked ham 试吃台试吃的商品准备生、熟火腿:

– uncook ham 生火腿 :

Remove the fat from a piece of ham. Then make slice and remove the peel from an apple

Cut the apple in small piece. Remove the fat from the ham slice and then put the apple on it 将苹果切成小条。

Roll the ham, and then present it on a plate 用火腿片卷起并陈列在盘子内

Make boiled some water. Then cut a piece of ham and cook it with the steam 将火腿切片煮熟

Once the ham is cooked, cut it in slices and then in small piece 将煮熟的火腿切片切至小段
