    abstract

    This research discusses the istisnaa as the Islamic financial products

    in the financing of industrial projects has become a small initial offering

    ishighontheagendaoftheeconomiesofdevelopingcountries, including

    ArabandIslamiccountries,and thusstemthe importanceof research that

    allows for the development of the intellectual level of a product (Islamic

    istisnaa), which brought about the Islamic doctrine and the extent of the

    economicapplicationsofrealismtotheIslamicbankingsystemasarealistic

    solution for the financing of small industrial projects, and even contribute to

    the marketing of products made from those projects.

    Whereistheobstacleoffundingandoneoftheimportantconstraintsfor

    small projects, the holders of these projects are usually not available to the

    professionals they have savings to enable them to build their projects, and

    havenoguaranteesthatcanbeprovidedtothebanksforwhichtheloans,and

    theothersourcesoffundingintheformofloansthatputmoreburdenson

    the usefulness of the projects, which are the benefits of these loans as a fixed

    cost burden of these taxes the projects and make them lose a competitive

    advantage with other projects in terms of the price of their products, and fear

    a good number of those who wish to establish small projects of the suspicion

    ofinterestincurredbyloansinterestrate,hencethereisarangeoffeatures
