1. การจดัประสบการณก์ารเรยีนรูส้ำหรบันกัศกึษา

แพทย์

นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่5จัดให้มีประสบการณ์

การเรียนรู้ที่ห้องตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกอายุรศาสตร์เพิ่มขึ้น

และปฏิบัติงานที่หอผู้ป่วยสังเกตอาการ(ปาวา2) และ

หอผู้ป่วยพิเศษเพื่อการศึกษา (ปาวา3) และคลินิก

เฉพาะโรคตา่งๆ เพือ่ใหน้กัศกึษาแพทย์ไดม้โีอกาสศกึษา

ผู้ป่วยโรคที่ไม่ซับซ้อน และเพิ่มการเรียนการสอนที่ห้อง

แพทย์เวรโดยมีอาจารย์กำกับดูแล

นักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่6ภาควิชาอายุรศาสตร์

ไดร้ว่มกบัภาควชิากมุารเวชศาสตร์ในการจดัใหป้ฏบิตังิาน

ณ โรงพยาบาลร่วมสอนได้อย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลารวม

8สัปดาห์รวมทั้งยังได้ร่วมกันจัดให้นักศึกษาแพทย์ได้

ฝึกการดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบlongitudinalcareทั้งในรายวิชา

ของอายุรศาสตร์และกุมารเวชศาสตร์

Theclinicalexperiencesatout-patient

department (OPD) has been focused by increasing

theexposureofthe5th year students to the ambulatory

patients.Theobserveward(Pawa2),educational

ward(Pawa3),emergencyroom,andvariousspecial

clinics are adequately provided as educational bases

forthestudyinambulatorysetting.

The Department of Medicine with collaboration

to the Department of Pediatrics has arranged the

rotationsystemfortheclinicalexperiencesofthe

6th-yearstudentsinaffiliatedhospitalsinorderfor

thecontinuationperiodinthesamehospitals.Both

departments has also developed system for the

clinicalexperiencesinlongitudinalcare.

We also initiated the teaching in “Palliative

Care”forthe6thyearstudentsbytheworkshop“End

ofLifeCare”.Theobjectivesaretohelpstudents

aware of the clinical importance and to practice the

basicskilloftheendoflifecareaswellastherelated

ethicalissues.

ผลการดำเนินงานส่วนภาควิชา

ภาควิชาฯ ได้ริเริ่มให้มีการสอน “Palliative

Care” ในรูปแบบการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติในหัวข้อ “End

ofLifeCare” เพื่อให้นักศึกษาแพทย์ตระหนักถึงความ

สำคัญและมีทักษะพื้นฐานในการให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะ

สุดท้าย โดยมีการสอดแทรกประเด็นทางจริยธรรมที่

เกี่ยวข้อง และจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ในหอผู้ป่วย

วิกฤตด้วย

โครงการผลิตตำราอายุรศาสตร์ : โรคตาม

ระบบเล่ม3-4คาดว่าจะตีพิมพ์ในปีพ.ศ.2554

• พัฒนาระบบบริหารการศึกษา (Infomed-

Edu) ให้ทำงานสอดคล้องกับระบบสารสนเทศบริหาร

การศึกษาของฝ่ายการศึกษาคณะฯ(SiCMS) ขณะนี้

กำลังทดลองใช้ คาดว่าจะได้ใช้อย่างเต็มรูปแบบในปี

การศึกษา2554

• พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลคลังข้อสอบ

การศึกษาหลังปริญญา

หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมอายุรแพทย์ สาขาอายุรศาสตร์

ทั่วไป และอนุสาขาต่างๆ รวมถึงแพทย์ประจำบ้าน

ต่อยอด11อนุสาขาซึ่งสอบผ่านวุฒิบัตร/อนุมัติได้ผล

เป็นที่น่าพอใจทุกปี

Additionally,theDepartmentofMedicine

with the Division of Critical Care Medicine have

createdtheeducationalsystemfor6th year students

in the intensive care unit (ICU) to provide the basic

clinicalknowledgeandskillsincaringpatientsin

criticalsituations.

Duringlastyear,theDepartmentofMedicine

haspublishedthefirsttwovolumesofTextbookof

InternalMedicineandplantopublishthe3rdand4th

volumesintheyear2011.

ห้องปฏิบัติการสาขาวิชาโลหิตวิทยา ได้รับการ

รับรองReaccredit เมื่อเดือนกันยายน2553 ห้อง

ปฏิบัติการทั้ง5 สาขาวิชาได้ดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนด

ของISO15189:2007 ได้รับการตรวจประเมินเพื่อ

เฝ้าระวังในวันที่27 สิงหาคม2553และผ่านการตรวจ

ประเมิน
