ProgrAm DeScriPTion This program will provide an overview of the appropriate indications and prosthetic applications for single-tooth and multiple-tooth restorations using bone level implant technology. In order to achieve the desired emergence profile in the esthetic zone, the shape and condition of the soft tissue need to be considered. This can be achieved through different temporary and healing abutment options. Topics that will be covered include treatment planning for esthetic success and an overview of the restorative process, with corresponding prosthetic component options. Restoring dental implants in the esthetic zone requires appropriate treatment planning, and an understanding of the restorative options available to the clinician and patient.

SURGICAL IMPLANT MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Dr. Frederick Li graduated from the University of Manitoba College of Dentistry. Desiring to further his dental education and experience, Dr. Li moved to New York City and completed two years of dental residency in hospital facilities associated with Cornell Medical Center and Columbia University. Dental implantology was a focal component of the post-graduate training, enabling Dr. Li to gain surgical implant experience from some of the top implant surgeons and prosthodontists in the Greater New York Region.
Dr. Li is also a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute and was awarded a Fellowship by the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Associate Fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He limits his practice to surgical and prosthetic dental implants in Vancouver. Along with mentoring a large surgical implant study club, Dr. Li gives a variety of implant prosthetic and surgical courses.
