Technical Report 069 (TR069) jest protokołem umożliwiającym zarządzanie urządzeniami sieciowymi, tworzonym przez Broadband Forum (dawne DSL Forum). Pełna nazwa to CPE WAN Management Protocol (CWMP). TR069 definiuje strukturę zarządzania siecią zawierającą metody, interfejsy interakcji i ich parametry.

Struktura systemu zarządzania zawiera Auto Configuration Server (ACS), który odpowiedzialny jest za zarządzanie końcówkami CPE. ACS i CPE wykorzystują protokół HTTP do wzajemnej komunikacji. Operacje zarządzające wykonywane są poprzez oparte na XML procedury RPC (Remote Procedur Call).
