    2. 90% or more of regulary occupiedspaces have views that include viewsof at least 2 of the floowing opetionsvegetation,human activity, or objectsat least 70 feet from exterior ofglazing.

    3. 90% or more of regulary occupiedspaces have access to unobstructedviews within the distance of 3 timesthe head height of the vision glazing.

    4. 90% or more of regulary occupiedspaces have access to views with aview factor of 3 or greater.

    29. IEQ Credit 9 Enhanced Acoustical Performance (EP) (NC=NA) (SCHOOLS=1) (CS=NA): This credit may be eligible forexemplary performance underInnovation & Design section if theproject achieves an outdoorbackground noise level of 55dBA forplaygrounds, and 60dBA for atleticfields, or an indoor noise level of35dBA.

    30. IEQ Credit 10 Mold Prevention (EP) (NC=NA) (SCHOOLS=1) (CS=NA): This credit may be eligible forexemplary performance underInnovation & Design section but thereis no prescribed threshold.
