Project Description: Kaiser Permanente needed Dell to increase capacity and productivity within this functional area to support the creation of an estimated 5,000 Benefit Packages for 2015 benefit services. Kaiser IT is currently working to implement a long term solution for benefit load and connectivity to a number of Kaiser Systems supporting membership and benefits

Responsibilities / Achievements:

Analysis of the Claims loaded into the Diamond Application and finding the root cause for the failures of the claims

Creation of the Plans by updating the entries in the required fields. Execution on the created plans to load into the diamond system. Sending the daily Status/reports.
