Missions Brand Content and Communication : monitoring strategic approaches with a view

to defining and deploying the Club Med brand’s World communication platform, notably via: - Agency briefing, debriefing, monitoring the development and implementation of the brand’s new platform. - Monitoring the development of communication tools explaining the superiority of the Club Med experience (digital, print, etc.).

Brand identity : monitoring the deployment at the World level of the renewal of the brand’s identity across all points of contact (digital communication, print, corporate, Villages, etc.), and updating the media library, a point of entry for questions linked to the brand’s identity at the World level.

Position :Marketing & CRM Project Manager

Missions With the help of the campaign operator: to ensure the creation and the diffusion

of all our multichannel marketing campaigns via the tool Neolane: setting, execution and following of the campaigns, targeting, creation of workflows, automation, personalization and validation of our tests.

For the CRM NMEA team and countries, to develop best practices and internal (other BU) and external benchmarks (travel competitors, e-commerce players)

To insure coordination between the CRM NMEA team and the other internal services (Global Marketing CRM team, French CRM team, Data and IT teams)

Position :Social Networks Assistant

Missions To support community activities by providing support on a daily basis for offices

and Villages in France and abroad by developing content and operations, elaborating and sharing guidelines providing support for individual platforms, and updating Club Med’s Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest accounts.

Monitoring and sharing “best practices”: new platform content, competitive case studies, etc.

Centralizing demands for content creation and developing creative briefs for “eGOs”.

Helping to socialize points of contract throughout the client network (internet, emails, brochure, Villages, etc.).

Helping to define and implement a strategy for exerting influence. Providing regular analyses of our Social Network performance and helping to

distribute monthly reports (monitoring KPIs and recent trends, sharing best practices).

Missions Helping to coordinate the Green Globe approach in participating Villages (75% of

the stock): monitoring accredited Villages, providing methodological support, developing and updating support tools for the approach.  

Helping to develop communication and informational tools for Village clients. Helping to develop an awareness raising kit for the teams. Steering various sustainable development actions on the ground. Profiles Master degree, engineering school, university, business school or Sciences Po,

with a major in the Environment & Sustainable Development.   A lively interest in environmental issues and sustainable development. Fluent English. Position :Training Project Assistant

Missions Administrative organization and management of key HR processes: High

Potential and Village Chiefs programmes, annual evaluation, 360 evaluations, social barometer, etc.
