homeownerincentives,includingutilityrebates.
MarketingandoutreachmessagingwillpromoteTier3whole
houseretrofits.UsesforSEPfunds:
refinemarketingandoutreachstrategies;subsidizehomeownerrebatesfor
retrofitprojectsthatwillreduceenergyuseby20%;establishcontractorscholarshipsforBPI/HERStraining

statewide

nationally.

program
uses
an
aggressiveretrofitstrategythatseekstoobtainaminimum20%energysavingsonaverage.
RetrofitTechnologies:

attic,wallandfloorinsulation;
buildingenvelopesealing;ductsealingandrepair;EnergyStarappliancereplacement;airconditionerand/or
furnacereplacementorinstallationdefectrepair;coolroofs;radiantbarriers;EnergyStarwindowreplacement;
