Responsibilities : In my current position, I obtain clear requirements through SAP. containing a clear technical spec’s, quantities (*) & the requested delivery time (if any) and then proceeding with the follows:

1. Prepare tenders packages, considering the relevant (registered) vendors2. Issue tenders to the relevant vendors3. Opening technical envelope (and) commercial envelopes for evaluation4. Issuing technical / commercial recommendations5. Preparing Purchase Orders through SAP. Systems6. Follow & expediting P. Orders, control shipment & prepare payment orders

Above duties had been carried out among the following purchasing tasks

1st: Material needed to cover Drilling and Work Over activities (recent):

a. Purchasing of Casing and Tubing & Accessories needed from 2013 till 2015 (over $ 200 MM)b. Purchasing of Floating Equipment needed from 2013 till 2015 (over $ 100 MM)c. Purchasing of Well Head & Christmas Trees needed 2013 till 2015 (over $ 100 MM)d. Purchasing of Gate Valves needed 2013 till 2015 (over $ 1 MM)

2nd: Material needed to cover Petroleum Engineering activities:

e. Purchasing of Sucker Rods needed 2013 till 2015 (over $ 1.4 MM)f. Purchasing of Sucker Rod Powerlift Pump Hydraulic Pumping Unit (trial)g. Participation in purchasing process of Electrical ESP Wellhead and Packer Penetrators with its

3rd: Spare parts needed for our fields requirements:

Several Purchase Orders had been executed for several types of spare parts such as ( safety valves, slug catchers, power supplies, sensors, etc. )
