steve brings an extensive knowledge of food procurement along with an in depth knowledge of menu planning and nutritional requirements.

We also welcome our consultant dietitian, diana hawdon. diana is registered dietitian and registered nutritionist (Public health) with over 30 years of food and nutrition related experience. diana runs our very successful chef training days and can provide a package of support tailored to our client’s specific needs and requirements such as nutritional support and training for all care home staff, with bespoke training manuals. take a look at our website for a sample care home Menu that diana has ensured meets with current care home menu recommendations.
