Work Experience
▪ October 2012 – November2012 (2 months). Working as IT Assistant for the Poder Judicial OPO department helping in the development of an Asset Management Application.
▪ November 26th 2012 – November 26th 2013 (1 year). Working as IT Tech Expert 4th Year Complete for HP GBS AMS SCO, Be part of the Operations Process Improvement Team working for the Global Business Services department, doing process improvement related tasks such as giving support, improving tools, find and execute process improvement opportunities. Participated in the work shops for opportunity finding and organization software mapping and data-flow between the different legacy software for detailed analysis of the operation for the internal clients, the leadership of GBS and Steve Lutz' visit. Main programmer and database designer/programmer for the Business Intelligence reporting portal for the GBS Costa Rica initiative. Lead database designer and programmer for the GBS CR Asset Database.
▪ June 26th 2014 - Current. Working as Data Processing Analyst. Role main responsibilities are to program surveys for our clients so that the call center can execute them, also to create and run reports regarding those surveys. Aside from the core I also have to create custom reports from the Microsoft SQL database requested by the client, and web pages to display those reports to the clients

Queue Process Simulator
Environment: Java and scheme

Responsibilities: Leading ProgrammerDescription: Simulates the time a queue goes through a N amount of phases with X amount of servers in a system, then gives an statistic analysis of the time on hold the queue was on hold. This to reduce the cost of the operation for the whole system and optimize the time each client/package stays in each stage.
Long Integer Library

Responsibilities: Leading ProgrammerDescription: Develop the long integer library in a way that it could be more precise then the one already in the appi, using each number as an array of characters and making each math operation as optimized as we could, within the operands we did were the square root, logarithm, add, subtract multiply, divide, pow and others.
Statistic Sample Generator

Responsibilities: Program half the statistic distributions and grapher.Description: Generates a series of random numbers that follow specific statistic distribution, according to what the program read in the input file. Then shows the numbers as a graph.
Database Monitor

Responsibilities: Team Leader, Main programmerDescription: Develop a monitor capable of giving accurate information about the state on the system global area memory and disk space, so the database manager can take preventive or corrective action to make the database work at its best. The program stores all vital information such as when the percentage of the disks or system global area memory are above the allowed limit allowed (set by the user) for further analysis.
