INFORMATION:

matter the reasons No application will be taken into account after the deadline!
o In case your application was successful (you met the deadline & and you had appropriate answers to all our questions) you will be contacted for an individual interview between the 29 of April and 3rd of May.
o The results of the interview will be announced until 9 of May.
o The term of the team is May 2011 – June 2012.
o It is preferred for the team members to have a physical meeting in May for planning reasons, after the National
Congress.

The Alumni NST supports the implementation of the national Alumni strategic plan by working with the MCVP AR. The team hasboth a strategic and operational role.
m structure:
At least 7 hours per week will be dedicated to Alumni NST tasks;
You should have adequate access to e-mails and telephone. The response lag is maximum 2 days;
The team will be setting monthly priorities and tasks which will be reported to the MCVP AR through e-mails and/or
online/phone chats;
The team will report to the MCVP AR weekly; The team is mainly working virtually, even though several strategic and planning meetings can happen.
