Handling a team of nine member of Sales Executive. Handling the Hdfc Bank Ltd Call Center Sales team of 75 Member. Motivate them to achieve the team target given by Management. Take care of all incoming call regarding Home Loan. & explain the Home loan product and

convert that lead for Home loan. Attend the Customer to explain the home loan product, formalities, term and condition, with

executive. Co-ordinate between the sales, Credit, Operations and Clients for smooth process flow. Monitor the quality of sourcing of customers to see the delinquency is at minimum.
