上，以折疊形式做為桌腳的支撐結構，為簡單

設計師Alvaro Uribe以日本傳統的建築為靈感，將日本禮儀教條的精隨融入了現代餐桌之上，進而完成了這一系列玻璃器皿Pagoda Glass Set的設計。建築上以朝向天際延伸的塔型結構，象徵著創造出心靈上的更高境

界，如同這些玻璃以輕巧的形體裝載著美酒和水一般，蘊含著深刻意義。

Pagoda Glass Set不僅是西方與東方，同時也是傳統與現代結合的設計，原來，簡單的器皿設計也能裝載著深奧美麗的文化風情。

Designer Alvaro Uribe derives inspirations from traditional Japanese building, and blends in the essence of Japanese etiquettes into his design of the new glassware "Pagoda Glass Set". In architecture design, the pagoda shaped structure protruding to the sky symbolizes higher spiritual realm; likewise, the glass set that contain wine and water is also endowed with deep symbolic meaning. Pagoda Glass Set is not only the fusion of the west and the east, but also fusion of tradition and modernity. 輕的設計師Kostas Syrtariotis的新作品Sit-up，即是利用不同的觀點來詮釋燈具設計，以桌上小型檯燈的輪廓延伸拉長，變化出落地燈的形式，再利用組合的方

式，幻化出發光的座椅，多變的排列組合，不論是在庭院或是游泳池邊，都將會

是戶外空間的美麗設計品。

Is it a lamp or a chair? Designing from a different perspective, and a completely different idea can be created! The creation "Sit-up" by young designer Kostas Syrtariotis, is deigned using interpretation from different perspectives. The elongation of silhouette of a desktop lamp, result in the form of a floor lamp; by combination, a glowing chair can be formed if desired. With versatility of transformation, "Sit-up" is a beautiful outdoor art decoration whether in the garden or by the swimming pool.www.kdsgn.it
