The Workflow of Test Management Online Test has been modified to be more student-oriented. Teachers do not need to create tests for students now. They only need to select a test and remind students to submit their test before a deadline. Then teachers can review the test results with students later during lessons. The following is the suggested workflow.

1. After logging in, click the ‘Test Management’ button. 2. Select search mode. Teachers can filter search details or enter a keyword. Then click

the ‘Search’ button. The table will show the search results. 3. Teachers select a test and click the ‘View’ button to view the test paper. 4. Teachers tell students the test code and the submission deadline. After the deadline,

teachers can review the test results. 5. Teachers can reset a student’s test results if he/she has finished and/or submitted

the selected test before he/she is told to do so. Select the test you want to reset from the table, and then click the ‘Reset’ button. A ‘ ’ symbol will appear next to the name of the student who is taking or has submitted the test. Uncheck the box(es) next to the name(s) of the student(s) whose test is to be reset and click the ‘Reset’ button to confirm.
