Caùc thieát bò naøy ñang thay theá daàn caùc maùy töï ñoäng " cöùng " chæ ñaùp öùng moät vieäc nhaát ñònh trong luùc thò tröôøng luoân ñoøi hoûi thay ñoåi maët haøng veà chuûng loaïi, veà kích côõ, vaø veà tính naêng v.v… Vì theá ngaøy caøng taêng nhanh nhu caàu öùng duïng ngöôøi maùy ñeå taïo caùc heä saûn xuaát töï ñoäng linh hoaït . Hieän nay CNC hoùa maùy coâng cuï laø moät höôùng ñi chuû ñaïo trong töï ñoäng hoùa ngaønh Cheá taïo maùy. Tuy nhieân khi gia coâng nhöõng beà maët phöùc taïp thì maùy phay CNC 3 truïc boäc loä roõ nhöõng nhöôïc ñieåm veà naêng suaát, chaát löôïng vaø hieäu quaû. Chính vì leõ ñoù maø ngöôøi ta quan taâm nhieàu ñeán maùy phay CNC 5 truïc. Caáu truùc cuûa maùy CNC 5 truïc kieåu truyeàn thoáng laø ngoaøi 3 truïc X, Y, Z coù theâm 2 truïc quay A, B. Vôùi 5 truïc, goàm 3 truïc thaúng vaø 2 truïc quay, baát kyø beà maët naøo duø laø maët phaúng hay maët troøn ñeàu coù theå ñöôïc taïo neân ôû moïi vò trí trong khoâng gian laøm vieäc. 1/ Nhu cu:

Nhu cau nang cao nang xuat va chat lng san pham ngay cang oi hoi ng dung rong rai cac phng tien t ong hoa san xuat. Cac thiet b nay ang thay the dan cac may t ong " cng " ch ap ng mot viec nhat nh trong luc th trng luon oi hoi thay oi mat hang ve chung loai, ve kch c, va ve tnh nang v.v V the ngay cang tang nhanh nhu cau ng dung ngi may e tao cac he san xuat t ong linh hoat .

Hien nay CNC hoa may cong cu la mot hng i chu ao trong t ong hoa nganh Che tao may. Tuy nhien khi gia cong nhng be mat phc tap th may phay CNC 3 truc boc lo ro nhng nhc iem ve nang suat, chat lng va hieu qua. Chnh v le o ma ngi ta quan tam nhieu en may phay CNC 5 truc.

Cau truc cua may CNC 5 truc kieu truyen thong la ngoai 3 truc X, Y, Z co them 2 truc quay A, B. Vi 5 truc, gom 3 truc thang va 2 truc quay, bat ky be mat nao du la mat phang hay mat tron eu co the c tao nen moi v tr trong khong gian lam viec. u iem cua may CNC 5 truc so vi may CNC 3 truc khi gia cong cac be mat phc tap la :

- Giam so lan ga at

- Tranh c cac cho cat sau khi hnh dang phoi phc tap

- ieu kien cat tot hn nen chat lng be mat tot hn

Tuy nhien, co mot so nhc iem :

May 5 truc co gia thanh cao, co the dao ong t 500.000 ( 700.000 USD (khoang 7 ty en 10 ty).

Nhng tap oan cong nghiep nh Toyoda (HexaM Machine), Fanuc (F-100 Robot), Hexel (Tornado 2000), Geodetic (G500 Machine), cung ng dung Hexapod

Ngoai lnh vc C kh Hexapod con c dung trong nhieu lnh vc khac na, nh: Y hoc, Thien van hoc, Giao thong, Trac a.

Sau ay la mot so hnh anh trien khai nghien cu ve Hexapod cua mot so trng ai hoc tren the gii:

3.5 BAI TOAN ONG HOC THUAN

Mot hng nghien cu khac la ng dung c cau Steward cho ban may mang chi tiet con bo phan mang dung cu co the tan dung t may phay truc ng.

7.2CHON C CAU TAC ONG CHO HEXAPOD

Dung ong c bc truyen ong qua truc vt me ai oc bi.

7.2.1Dung kh nen

Do yeu cau at ra oi vi Hexapod la can o chnh xac cao, kh nen th khong chnh xac bi o co gian ln khi thay oi ap suat va nhiet o do o kh nen khong phu hp cho viec dan ong Hexapod

7.2.2Dung thuy lc

Thuy lc chu tai ln nen lam viec vi cong suat ln, cac ket cau thuy lc co o cng vng tot, nhng han che ve toc o . Neu ap dung phong phap ieu khien nay, chang han dung dau ep cho Hexapod th no cng vng ve ket cau va o on nh cao.

7.2.3 Dung ong c bc e truyen ong qua truc vt me ai oc bi

7.2.3.1 Dung vt me ai oc bi

Hau nh hien nay tat ca cac may CNC truyen ong cho ban may bang truc vt me ai oc bi cho ta o chnh xac cao, o cng vng tot , dan ong em va lien tuc, Ngoai ra co kha nang t ham, hau nh khe h bang khong

7.2.3.2 Dung ong c bc

7.2 THIET KE KET CAU CHAN

7.3 B iu Khin:

3. GII THUT IU KHIN GI LP SONG SONG

Trn cc h thng lp trnh song song, khi thit k cn phi m bo cc c tnh nh: kh

nng m rng (scalability), kh nng hot ng cc b (locality) v c tnh module

(modularity).
